I ordered Sim card unlock from the website www.htcunlockingservice.com. I paid through PayPal and the agent provided the confirmation, as well as he told me that the code would be delivered in message within 20 minutes till 4 hours. I patiently waited 4 hours, but after that nothing. It was impossible to reach them. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

I paid for a unlocking code (HTC Desire 510) and the code that they sent me wasn't working. I emailed them back and they sent me a respond after 1 week, saying that my telephone has a problem and they need to speak with my phone carrier. This happened in September 2016. After one month, I'm still waiting for this problem to be solved.

I ordered an unlocking code for a phone on an agreed upon price and based on the implication on their site they were "Visa verified." They acknowledged payment and promised my code between 10 minutes and 1 hour. 3 1/2 hours later I sent an email asking for my code. They responded with a response that my request was being reviewed. They responded shortly thereafter that the carriers code was in the "High Range" and required the 2016 locking codes which cost more. The phone had been in service for close to 3 years, so why would the 2013, 2014 or 2015 codes not work? Emailed them it was a scam and to cancel order and refund. They responded 3 days later that my request was solved. IT WAS NOT! I contacted Visa and disputed the charge. They told me Bluesnap(The company that billed my Visa) is NOT Visa verified. I had copies of all correspondence. Visa reversed the charge. There is no doubt this company is a scam. Responsible companies don't contract for a service and come back asking for double the money. Only fraudsters do that. I can't help but wonder how many more times they would have asked for more money with more excuses. Buyer beware

Bought brand new HTC Desire 510 from Orange Romania. I paid HTCunlockingservice and 4.5hrs later they issued me an unlocking code; I tried it but got "incorrect pin" message. Phone was already restored to factory setting (as I said it was bought new from an Orange store).
Asked for refund or another unlock code they said they will try but 2 weeks later no response. BIG SCAM! BE AWARE!

I was a bit skeptical about giving my money to this company to unlock my phone. I thought that I could figure it out myself! After watching many videos and reading many blogs, I could not unlock it on my own. So, I decided to give this company a try. I found it in Google.Their disclaimer said that I would receive my code in 1-12 hours, but I received in about 15 minutes! Code worked like a charm.
