Honeybaked / Horrible customer service

I ordered a wonderful and good looking Boneless Ham Dinner for upcoming holidays and never received it. Even if I receive it, not sure it will be fresh.
Oh, I forgot to mention that I bought it two weeks ago. The company was aware of this, but they just blamed the UPS for non-delivery like real cowards. Now I can see I am not the only one having the same problem. I bet the UPS guys have no idea they were supposed to deliver something and that they are constantly accused by HoneyBaked.
