Habit Burger. new place in town. Out of CAlifornia. Pretty good burgers. Have been there several times. BUT every time they
GET THE ORDER WRONG. They have a menu #! (burger, fries and drink) I always order the #1. Then the cashier asks? do
you want fries? ? ah..that is part of the order! Do you want Cheese? NO. but EVERY TIME..THE BURGER COMES WITH
CHEESE even though I DID NOT ORDER IT...BUT YUP...I PAY EXTRA FOR IT.
The last time there, both my order and the other person's was all wrong...same thing...added cheese...regular chicken on the
salad not bbq...it is a consistant pattern. MY BEEF? they make money every time they add cheese to the order...85 Cents, 95 Cents
whatever...it all adds up to loads of dough when it all is said and done...since it seems a pattern I just have to submit a complaint...

Habit Burger Grill in Graton Casino, California happened last Tuesday June 20, 2017.I ordered a sandwich and French fries for me and my husband since I do drink soda I requested two cups for the water. The cashier gave me one cup and I requested one more cup for my husband. He told me he does not have any more cups. I then asked the casher what will they do if their next customer ask for a cup. Although the casheir remained quiet but he looked at the other employee and smiled which made me feel as if they were mocking at me. I haven going to this place for a long time and this is my first time to experience this behavior which has made me decide not to back there. I felt humiliated and degraded.

The reason they ask if you want fries is that you may sub for one of their other items . . . sweet potato fries, salads or in some place the fruit of the day.
Give them a break they are only trying to serve you the meal you want. Has your order ever been wrong once you placed it?
