Very bad experience and please be aware. They will scam you and keep forcing you to buy their expensive package. Service is bad and they only want to scam people to buy package. If you keep on reject them, they will straight show you "black face". I am very disappointed. Had this bad experience few years ago and would like to share it here. Please be alert and thinking properly when they ask you to sign anything.

h2g 会卖你10块钱的voucher 里面包括 苹果干细胞护理和什么oil vaccum的护理， 刚开始觉得10块就有2个护理是很不错下的‼️

当你去到的时候会有人consult你，然后检测你的头皮 过后最吓到的是她会说你头皮有螨虫还给你看那条虫有多么活跃 毛孔堵塞 没关系 👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻重点是你voucher 里的两个护理都不适合用😡 她会说 苹果护理是灌输vitamin 去发根 会让螨虫长得更多 然后她会介绍你比较贵的配套..最便宜的学生配套都要688… 还好我提早问了她们会不会强制性推销她们配套 我很清楚的告诉她们说我是学生会负担不起！她们也只是告诉我的头皮状况 和她们的配套 ！ 最后她们都说到这样了，我就放弃做任何护理了‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

😡其实我会这样说是因为我朋友比我早去treatment， 她就是一样被说头皮很严重有螨虫之类的 然后帮她洗脑强制性的刷了她一百deposit! 对我来说这样是太过分了 我朋友也是名学生 没收入 当我朋友回去想清楚了觉得自己好像被骗。 虽然100deposit不多也不是很少 隔天我朋友要去拿回钱时她们 h0g damen的人既然不给 ‼️

没关系 其实让我最无解的就是为什么 她们促销配套里的treatment 不是应该都要适合全部人的头皮 吗‼️为什么‼️不是适合每个人的 ‼️要卖给大众 😡😡😡😡太无解了
感觉被骗 好吧10块就当做买个教训😊

最可笑是fb宣传除头螨的宣传词里都包括苹果护理😂

Keep on forcing you to sign up for more packages even if your old one is not finished. The consultant told me that the money that I paid for the unfinished packages does not count, only the money that I pay now count. The price is also not transparent as they will just sweet talk you into signing into more packages. If you resist, they will be wasting your time by delaying your treatment just to sell their products and packages.

Pls dont fall for their rm28 gimmicks. They will say so n when u go there they will scan ur head n say oh noo u cannot do this treatment coz ur scalp is dry. N they will brainwash u to pay for their other expensive treatments of which if u refuse, they will say we cannot do vacuum pump we can only do an alternative hair steam. The lady who scanned my head s soon she knew im not signing up for their package she just went missing. N omg they didnt even bother fixing my hair back after washing it. I had to create a scene n then another lady apologised n fixed my hair. I went n read their website up n omg hair loss n dandruff scalp CAN undergo vacuum. Such liars! They dont practice what they put up on their page. So plsss dont fall for this. Personal experience at midvalley. N guess what they promised a free hair pack n they only gave me the conditioner n said we will call u if got stock. Its been 2weeks. Aren't u supposed to keep stocks ready when u can make appointments too. They r a total fraud!

Hi Anyone, I'm a student at the age of early 20 and having financial difficulties. However, I think myself facing some hair scalp problem which is abit oily and that the problem with every youngsters would facing. One day, I saw the advertisement on Facebook which stated Apple stem cell scalp treament which cost only RM28 then I am thinking that 'why not give it a try?' Since I still can afford for the price.

Besides that, I filled up the forms then the next day they will call you in the morning and talk nicely for redeem the treatment. However, I'm not sure with my schedule and inform them when I am available. It is a mistake for me to register because they will keep calling you to come over their branches for redemption.

Therefore, I went to their outlet which is located at Mid Valley. The address below -

During the session, they will talk nicely with you and assist you to do some scalp analysis.

This is the problem started!
The consultant will started to tell all the bull about your hair scalp conditionals commented that very worst and contain demodex (some kind of worm) and malacesia (some kind of enzymes). Which myself personally think that they are giving wrong information about my hair scalp because my hair scalp is very healthy which do not have any dandruff and sensitive. (I went to salon to check for my scalp analysis before)

After that, they will discuss the package which cost around RM4000+ and the free stuff. I told them I am having financial difficulties and cannot afford the price. Their friendly face immediately turns into angry face. They will keep insult you that I will facing hair fall problem immediately and bald. They will asking you to borrow money from relatives and friends. They will asking you to do installment for credit card.

After all the harsh words from them and the environment. I decided to sign their package cost me around RM1000+ I don't know why I will sign the package at that time. It is some scam like China. You will just sign although you have financial difficulties. I'm regret after when I back home. I should have requested price list from them because the package they mentions is all from the mouth of consultant. No written evidence the price list.

The actual price for the treatment is much more cheaper. The consultant is like sucking blood vampires. Since I already pay such amount of money then I just continue and pretend satisfy since the amount is non-refundable.

The second time visit the treament. I thought should have a good customer service already since I signed the package. Again again!
They asking you to sign another package which cost around RM2000+. It is just second time of the treament!
The consultant knew my situation already but they will keep pushing you sign the package again. I told them I do not have money already but they asking you to borrow Money from friend and relatives again! The same tactics again. I'm insisted this time that no money already. Then, continue to do the treatment that I'm purchased. They leave you for a very long time there and asking you to think alone for the package again. At that moment, I just want to cried and thinking to back home. But in mind I can't go back home if not all my hard earn money will be gone.

Guys, please be alert when you are signing any package at H2G Scalp Expert at any outlet. Better go for reliable clinic.

Note - I'm here to share my bad experience during my treatment.

I went to H2G scalp expert uptown damansara a week ago after I was claim to win free apple stem treatment & free kit form line.
They were keep calling me few time reminding me about my appointment. At first I think they just want to finish off their business with customers earlier so they don't hutang to any customer Dah.. ( see how bersangka baik I am) but I should already detect by this time this is not good.. Knp nk baik sgt dgn customers yg dtg free maa... Kan Kan?
I do have problem with dandruff and hair fall that's why I'm excited to have a look and try.
Honestly I really looking forward for the consultation time.
During the consultation, they keep asking me if I'm really a full time student. And when I say yes they change the consultant and instead call the manager to assist me.
The manager is bit rude and using some words that hurt my feeling.
Telling me my scalp is so bad lah, igt Ada kutu lah, I pun takut Tgk your hair.. Which I think she should not say that to me. Very badass attitude.
She ask me to change from the apple stem treatment to exfoliating treatment which cost for about rm498 and since the apple stem cell tereatment is only about rm298 so I just need to top up another rm200.
She really force me to go for the treatment with all those hurts words that makes me finally and stupidly say yes for that.
During the treatment we chit chat a bit so I know she was working with miracle hair expert before.
Earlier after I was force to pay the treatment and hearing her bad words I Dah already feel bad and Tak sedap hati.
Then while waiting for my hair to be perm I check back my phone and find out the treatment price is actually rm 325.
This is not good. Baru terfikir why on earth I don't ask to see the price list and the treatment menu.
So i then start googling and find out about miracle hair expert review which is most of them is actually scammers.. Google about h2g but not so much review about them, but since I don't even see anything talking about exfoliating treatment I already lose my faith.
After the treatment end and just like already expected, she convince me to sign up session with them with so incredibly expensive price despite knowing my situation as full time student.
I reject all the plan and just went back with empty end.
The free kit?
They told me that I hv to come next time to take that kit because it not arrive yet.
After hearing that I wonder why they bother call the coustomer to come if the know they don't have the kit. Bukan semua senang nk dtg. So I just at the end sign up agreement to just not taking the kit. Tak payah lah. I know coming for the next time only cause me to hear another paksaan to sign up the package which I won't..

It already past few days Tapi because I am so angry with them and I don't want anyone else feel what I feel so I just search for the place to share my own experience.
Google and find out they currently have promotion at grupon, try to find the way to tell the other buyers not to be tertipu just like me but unfortunately can't find the way to write review there.. Hopefully someone do Google and find my entry before they even buy the voucher..
