Gymboree / the worst online customer service
This is regarding an internet order back from December 2016. I received my order and there was a missing item "gymgo active hoodie #1777828" I e-mailed them and they wrote me back saying that they would reship the item. Well today's date 05/23/2017 and they still haven't given me an answer. I've spent a good amount of money in this company; and it's really sad and frustrating to not being able to get a good solution from them. This is gotta a be the worst customer service I've ever gotten for such a good company, I've been calling many times and every single time they make me repeat the whole story all over again, and not only that yesterday the guy from customer service called me "neurotic", I mean, really? All I want them to do is for them to give me a similar item. Why is it so hard for them to do so.
