Jony Huang, a so called spokesperson of GZLUMEI cheated me as he supposed to behave like a professional person but end up with me by cheating at the end. I have ordered a big lot of mobile cases, but more than 90% I received was not even in an ideal condition. In fact, they all are defective so I asked for the refund. And this is the first time I experienced such a big blunder while dealing with a person into a big business industry.

The first time I sent a request mail to refund my money, he shown his intention not to refund my money. Without having any sense, he repeatedly sent me such an unbelievable excuse that nobody can believe.

In fact, he started blaming us to add another paypal account and opposed the request of refund. This is insane as he started ignoring my Skype messages. Such a fake business idea will not work with me because I am very strict about my business dealings. But I was surprised while reading his email as he was keep writing that "I am not a thief" or didn't steal your money". "It is ridiculous", which is actually ridiculous because he eventually cheated and not at all deserve an apology.

He should be punished for being fake commitments and cheating people who trusted him that too for such a small amount. Despite, his immature behavior, I continued sending him emails and request to refund my money.

He proved that he has no business, he spoiled a good business deal, his company’s reputation and our faith. He doesn’t care about his reputation and compelled us to write such a harsh language.

I would like to warn each & everyone, DON’T BUY ANY PRODUCT from GZLUMEI. He is a fake person running a fake business and cheating is the only way of incurring money to their accounts.

    i don't why, we business with this stupid india customer, first, we send 90% goods, then 10% goods haven't stock. we will refund 10% cost to him, then we offer our paypal email to him.let him send a refund cost request to our paypal, but his sent that refund cost request to other people paypal, waiting 2 month, his ask me why haven't refund, but we haven't get that request. then his offer him paypal account, we refund cost asap. wish china other supplier attention this customer, he is a narrow-minded. do you best, whether he will give a bad report on those website, end of, very thank this customer give us a big order(10% 118$. and shipping cost about half cost total invoice .)wish you will give more big big big big big order to other supplier

    First. I am so sorry to hear this and this customer give us the bad feedback. Thanks for this, that is to say. we have to improve our service to the customers, yes, we will do this.

    This customer placed order with us valued at 851.17$. For the Phone case. 10pcs each color with retail packages.
    some items are sould very quick and out of stock after the customer sent the money. so there are some items we have not shipped. and we agreed to return that money to the customer via paypal and gave our paypal account to customer. but the customer send the money request to other paypal account from other company. So we didn't receive any money reqest that time. two months later. the customer got back to us and asked why we didn't refund money and you are the cheat. For this point, I am very sorry to hear that. then we checked what was the problem of that..., At last. we kindly asked the customer send the money request to the correct paypal account.

    See another screenshot of the chat. After his own mistake. and resulted in get nothing of the refund. The Customer started to insult me.

    Anyhow. I forget about that. I will do better service to my customer
