[Resolved] Grammarlycreepy secrecy and noncommunication

This company is outright creepy. You cannot find contact information or who owns or runs this firm on their site. Yet they solicit business to schools & colleges. Several hours of online work brings a customer up an 888 phone number, but it proves out to be an answering machine directing the unfortunate back to the web site. One CANNOT talk to a person. Damnit, customers have a right to know with whom they are dealing and an ability to contact the company. I currently have two accounts and cannot get them to respond to correct the error in duplicate building. The California Attorney General needs to be brought in to jerk these folks' leash or shut them down. There are hundreds of complaints about the spooky nature of this company and their refusal to make themselves available and known.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    As for reaching our support team, the support link at the bottom of our homepage allows you to search through our forum for frequently asked questions or to email a member of our support team. Our team typically responds to support tickets within a few hours on business days, but it takes a little longer on holidays and weekends. You're right; the phone number is hard to find on that page. We’ll work on the design to make it more prominent. To help keep costs down, we currently do not provide full-time call support. We do, however, provide call-back support. Our support team is typically able to respond to a phone message within 12 hours (on business days).
