GrabCar / rude driver didn't pick me up because I had a promo code

I booked for a grabcar this morning before 5am and I used the promo code NIGHTSHIFT. it worked and someone accepted my booking. However, at 5am, from the pin I saw that my driver already arrived at the destination, then he called me and said that he's in a different location and dropped the call then cancelled the booking. I think he did that because he knows that the NIGHTSHIFT promo code ends at 5am. I booked for a grabcar because I was in a rush. My shift at work starts at 6am. Instead of having convenience, I only experienced stress. This has been going on every single time I book a grabcar using a promo code. Your drivers seem rude and they are choosy. It takes about 15 minutes or more before someone accepts my booking. I have never experienced anything like this with Uber. Your drivers are way too rude, seriously. Even my coworkers have complaints about your drivers but you don't do anything about it. How great.
