Gitras / Kapo Kasanda and Vitaly Ivanov review: jp54 1

Please stay away from Kapo Kasanda and Vitaly Ivanov
They are both big time scammers.

Mr Kasanda sent me a very good FOB procedures for various Petroleum products. He ask me to provide buyer CP before give seller information. I sent him 3 buyers CP.
After that I received the below email

Dear Sir,

Please have your ICPO's addressed as follows:
REPSOL
Moscow, Russia
via Vitaly Ivanov/GITRAS
For your due diligence, you can visit the seller website at
https://www.repsol.com/en/index.cshtml before you send the ICPO of your buyer.

I asked him in various emails to prove the seller was really Repsol Russia, but he never answer anything. Despite that from the 3 CP a buyer sent out ICPO for Jet Fuel. I forward the ICPO to Mr Kasanda but with my big surprise he said that don't have any intention to proceed with me.

Is clear to me that Kapo Kasanda and Vitaly Ivanov have nothing to offer and they are only CP and ICPO collectors.

Please stay away from them and never accept any business with them. They are scammers
