G.H. Bass & Co. / Retail Group Poor customer service

How long will I wait for my refund?
I received defective shoes and send them back at my expense, that was promised to be refunded as well.
It's been 2 months and for no reason, your customer service thinks they can easily avoid me.
I will not let you do this until you refund everything I spent on you, be sure I will find you anywhere you hide.
Seriously. It's a horrible website providing terrible quality items and having an awful customer service. You're warned.

G.H. Bass & Co. / Retail Group They charged me for wrong sum and I didn't get the discount

I ordered shoes from the company www.ghbass.com. It was sale time, so the shoes cost about $50 with the discount, but these ### charged me for $90. I tried to contact the rep, but no one replied. It was Christmas time and everyone had the weekends, but now they also ignore my emails and I have no idea where my order is. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
