GearBest / huawei honor 6x - defective charger

Purchased an Huawei Honor 6x in april 2018. The charger came defective, so i contacted the gearbest customer service, described the issue and provided photos trying to charge the phone with the charger.
Gearbest answered that they would send another charger. Asked for the charger model, and i sent photo. Till now they didn't send the replacement charger, and when i ask them why, or its because they don't have it in stock, or because they can't remember the charger model/reference, or wait 3-5 days... I think they're tying me...
I'm in a dead end with their customer support service, and cannot get the problem solved...
