Gear Bubble — ordered a necklace and have not received it.
I ordered a necklace for my daughter for a Christmas present on November 29th the payment was taken out of my account and still have not received it. I didn't receive a confirmation number or a tracking number. It has been 13 days since I ordered and money was taken from my account and I have heard nothing. I also called customer service and left a message to call me no return call yet.

I have called several times and left my name and number. So I have contacted PayPal and filed a complaint to get a full refund of my money. I think you have very poor customer service and l will not buy anything from you again or recommend you to anyone.
