Funky Pigeon mothers day flowers

I purchased flowers from the funky pigeon app that come with a free box of truffles. I paid the extra £10 to get the bigger bunch as well as a card. I live in ireland and my mum lives in london. I rarely get her flowers as its so far away but thought it would be a nice gesture for a change. The order come to £42. Being a higher priced bunch (and going by what the picture showed me) i was possitive these would be great! But how wrong was i when my mum sent me a picture of what they actually looked like..
I was furious. The huge tall bunch of flowers advertised were nothing like the ones she received! Very small and about 1/2 the amount of flowers in the advertised pic. For a £40 bunch of flowers that is no way acceptable. I dont like to complain about somethi g that was free but the box containing the chocolates was squashed. Very poorly presented. I was completely embarresed by the gift my mum received from me. I even appologised to her (although she was still very grateful) saying i thought they would be a lot better. I am a regular customer to funky pigeon and have been for a long time but this is just not acceptable.

Funky Pigeon mothers day flowers

I was thrilled to receive a box of orchids from my daughter, who lives in Hong Kong, for mothers day. But my excitement rapidly evaporated when I opened the box. Of the seven stems; three were broken and the blooms of two others were very limp. There was some advice of how to look after flowers but that did not seem to cover orchid stems.
After displaying the stems for some time the flowers have not recovered.
As you may appreciate I hesitate to tell my daughter as she would be very upset and disappointed. And very likely be against using your services again.
I still have the box that the orchids were sent in; which is bent and may be the reason why some of the stems were broken.
Please let me know what other information I can give you to successfully register my complaint and determine a mutually satisfactory outcome

Funky Pigeon mother’s day card and gift

Hi I ordered a Mother's Day card from my daughter on her first Mother's Day to her mum, the card hasn't turned up and it's the 10th day... what is the point of ordering a card for Mother's Day a week early just for it to not be here on time... iam so disappointed and up set not just for my girlfriend but for my daughter too, this is supposed to be a special occasion and it has been ruined because you haven't delivered the card and key chain... what ever you do it will be too late to fix this in time for tomorrow, please contact me about what you are going to do many thanks David Lamprell

Funky Pigeon order for daughters birthday that did not arrive

Dear funky pigeon.
I placed an order for my daughters birthday. I am absolutely disgusted I was told my item had been attempted by the courier yet my daughter has been at home and no courier has attended. This was ordered before weather disruption. I have tried to call Your number and keep getting cut off. I am really upset as her birthday has gone. Both myself and my husband have a disability so can not get to purchase her anything. Now her birthday has gone and received nothing and I am absolutely disgusted with online response. My order was in total £38.00 and for nothing. I contacted funky pigeon on Facebook messenger too and felt like I was being branded a liar. Please can you help

Funky Pigeon my card and canvas order

I ordered 2 cards and 2 postcards this week and only received one of the cards (and the card and post cards that i received were duplicated).

Before I received this delivered order, I ordered a canvas. I received the confirmation showing the pictures that I had chosen. I received my parcel today. It was not my canvas and has 3 of the 4 inappropriate pictures on it. I am relieved that I did not send this gift directly to my 83 year old grandma.

Funky Pigeon birthday card and birthday cushion

Both of these items have been delivered late. The card seven days late. The cushion not arrived as yet. I ordered them to be despatched and to arrive on their birthdays. But surprise ruined. Funky Pigeon unsolicited spam emails

I've requested to be removed from the Funky Pigeon email list approximately 10 times by clicking the unsubscribe button and replying with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" but this does not work. They continue to email daily and I do not want to receive these emails. I have contacted their Customer Services regarding this and they have not responded, they are violating the CAN-SPAM Act by not allowing me to opt out. I have attached an image showing my attempt to unsubscribe today but I have previously waited the required 48 hours after other attempts and this does not work.

Funky Pigeon a missing card and wrong order

I've very disappoint in this company I have order so many cards from them before. I've never had so much stress over a card I order 6 days ago that has never arrived. Not only has it not arrived I've recieved a card this morning from funky pigeon which is my address but someone else's card. Which suggests my card has been sent to the wrong address as well. Not only am I disappointed that my card hasn't arrived I'm yet to hear back from the customer service team. The man reason I ordered this card was for my nanas birthday which is Friday the 17th which is now tomorrow and I have no card to give. I dont know where i stand so i have paid money for something that hasn't came. However I also order a card on Saturday which came on Monday. So I don't understand how they could make such a mistake.

Funky Pigeon very disappointed

I've been their regular customer, but everything has changed when they didn't deliver my cards. And this is simply appalling! I attempted to call them and write an email, but being terribly ignored. How can this be at all? What kind of service is that? All of your customers are treated that way, huh? I'm so disappointed with lack of service and opportunity to talk to them...

Funky Pigeon they ruined surprise and haven't delivered cards on time

I ordered personalized cards from the website www.funkypigeon.com. As well as they promised to deliver them in advance. I placed the order 2 weeks in advance of the Christmas, but the company failed to provide them. I was so upset, because they ruined my surprise. I tried to get compensation from them, but of course they ignored my complaints and emails. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

I never received the cards that I bought from funky pigeon yet they still had the audacity to charge me twice for them. An awful website overall, the card editor is unusable and the customer service is terrible.

ON THE 3 MARCH I ORDERED A BIRTHDAY CARD WHICH HAS DULY ARRIVED. ON YOUR WEB SITE IT CLEARLY STATES THAT A 20% DISCOUNT WOULD BE APPLIED AS A FIRST TIME BUYER. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.
PLEASE ADVISE WHY.

I've emailed multiple times about an URGENT order as I'd addressed them both to the same person and it looks as if they're due to be posted/delivered tomorrow. I've received no response. I've received the auto response but nothing else. Just rude. It's an absolute urgent order.
