I bought several filters and parts. One of the parts was not delivered. shipped in my order. I contacted them explaining the situation and they shipped me a detail from a different manufacturer which didn't have the needed connector. Contacted customer service again and their rep explained that the detail I needed was out of stock. Yet, weeks later, that part still shows as available. They promised to send me a return label. Few days passed and there was nothing from them. Then two weeks later they finally got around to emailing me a return label. The customer service is extremely slow. I had to wait two week for the return label, then a week for them to receive the product, another week for a refund! Too slow.
