I am super pissed off at Folgers. I only bought Chocolate Silk for YEARS, at first I could find it in my local grocery THEN I had to drive 25 miles one way to find it. Ok fine, I'll drive once a month to the store. BUT, to find out that you just yanked it off the shelves has really pissed me off. NO WARNING not EVEN when I called a couple of months back...REALLY?!
I'm from Chicago originally, so when I was near the city, I ALWAYS looked for the coffee, FOR YEARS, but RARELY EVER found it. Many people enjoyed the flavor and too, tried to find it with no luck locally no matter where, Minneapolis, Chicago or Indianapolis. NO REAL CONVENIENCE TO FINDING THIS PRODUCT.
My question is, did you seriously TRY to make this available for your consumers to verify what the customers are seeking? Did anyone ask if the chocolate silk was readily available to fulfill this market test? Did you ATTEMPT to support then supply the customers who like myself CALLED YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE trying to find ways to purchase the CHOCOLATE SILK coffee. Boy, am I pissed.
I may give up coffee all together, BAH HUM BUG on your Xmas commercials, boo.
All the Folgers commercial b.s., I was raised on. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Folgers ever again. YOU FAILED ME and many others. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU.
