[Resolved] Floryday / dresses
I purchased expensive dresses.
What I received was cheap and awful garments.
I ordered one particular item in black and white. Neither resemble the photo. It is ugly and double my size
One dress is cheap and tiny.
Another is very nice but double my size also.
The 5th item is cheap but just two sizes too big.
I am disgusted and dissatisfied and disappointed. And out of pocket. I paid 350 euro for all this junk. And also had to pay 90 euro to DHL.
I did report this the day I received the package.
Am still waiting for a reply.
FloryDay customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.
