Running deceived dresses on July 9 for $196.41. The quality and size were
Unacceptable. I re packed them in bag they came. The next day I tried getting information on returns but all I was able to ascertain was their return policy of after 3 0 days items not returnable. I wrote emails every week in July and August. Notified my credit card company of the unresponsiveness of Floryday. When searching for phone number which is out of the country I
Found this complaint board with over 8000 complaints. I do not want this merchandise and want a refund.
How can you speak of customer service and satisfaction when your company
Is unable to provide even a minimal of communication. It is over 3 months and this tedious process continues I will not give up as I am concerned about future victims.
