In Thailand it was his Pickles franchise that left people short of cash... it's strange because he actually builds up a decent business to lure people into the franchise scam, he once told me about his 50+ restaurant chain in SA that he was looking for investors for but in the age of the internet it was easy to see that his stories were just lies. Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui each place left with people wanting their money back...
