Finish Line / shoes

I placed an order on 3-17-17 for a birthday present for my grandson our local Finish Line did not have his size. So did an on line purchase from them. It was a nightmare. After over a week could not track shoes. Called Finish line on line number talked to a representative and come to find out it was never shipped. Representative tried to where they were shipped from they would not answer the phone. Since I could not get my money for another 7 days she reordered shoes for me. I asked for a manager to call me on [protected] they never called I waited on phone for them for ages representative could never get one to come to the phone. I have purchases shoes for ages from Finish Line I will never order from them on line again and since they do not value their customers as his is apparent by the uncaring attitude management has I will never purchase shoes again from them.
