I am very proud to have a fiat palio stile sle which was purchased from kulathungal motors (tvm) on 30-06-09. The extended warranty of the vehicle will be expired on 29-06-2010. The vehicle has been handed over to the kulathungal motors on 11.11.09 for servicing including the replacement of instruments cluster (instrument panel) but to my surprise, the vehicle has been returned to me without replacement of the instrument cluster. On enquiry, I have been advised come with the vehicle for replacement after one week. After one week I have produced the vehicle. But the same has not been replaced for want of stock. After that they are not contacted me. Since then five or six times I have contacted them but no positive reply has been received from them. This is too bad experience to me. Please see that I am using another two four wheelers (swift dzire & ritz) also. I am not experiencing any difficulty in services of that vehicles.
Now one month has been elapsed after registering the complaint. I request you to please ensure that the replacement of the instrument cluster is done urgent otherwise I may be forced to take proceed further.

Fiat Auto pyramid scheme/ smart circle employee scam

I worked for this company for 5 days, 2 for unpaid training, and 3 actually on site. They expect employees to show up at 7:30 in the morning for a daily meeting, then go out to different sites and work all day, all unpaid. This company uses an "Independent Distributor Agreement" to allow them to use employees like work horses. No gas, food, or regular wages. The company it's self is set up like a pyramid scheme, structured to promote from within when you "meet sales goals." They had me standing in Sam's Club for 10-12 hours trying to pawn off spa and golf packages to impoverish customers. It was degrading and morally depressing. They told me I wasn't making sales because of "my attitude." The staff actually suggest using lies and deceitful tactics to persuade people to buy these Smart Circle packages. The packages themselves are not user friendly, they often have fine print limiting their use. The staff told me to ignore anything that may prevent a sale. I have yet to receive payment for my few days I was employed. That's right they haven't paid me anything and are avoiding my phone calls. I would suggest NEVER using them for any event. Spare your employees from the stress of dealing with this company or it's shiesty practices. If you are thinking of working for this employer please... pretty please, save the time and energy of getting wrapped up in this monster of a scam. I'm angry at myself for letting myself get lead around by talk of high sales figures and "finding a means to an ends."

This company advertises itself as a marketing and promotional sales company but actually translates to door to door sales man selling spa/golf packages to people at home or in public.

They will always hire you as long as you show any inkling of intelligence and ability to speak the english language properly. They use lies to hire you (you will make 6 figures in under a year) and tell you to use lies to sell the packages to other people, pretty much say anything that will get the package sold. Also this is Arizona, lets face it, more than half the time its 95+ degrees and they expect you to be outside for about 8 hours of the day going DOOR TO DOOR, spending your own gas money sweating without reimbursement. You do not get paid at all unless you sell packages as pay is 100% commission based. The first week which is training or shadowing a "seasoned" sales man is not paid either so you sweat for 8 hours going door to door for free. They can afford to keep HR hiring continuously because they don't have to pay anyone ANYTHING if they fail to make a sale...there is 0 risk for them.

They have extremely high turn over which makes sense as people figure out the way they generate revenue primarily for the top head honchos or realize sweating door to door for meager pay is not worth it. Stay away, they may sound professional on the phone and try to entice you with praise because you are "overqualified" for their job so you can be promoted etc are all lies to get you to sign up for their team of "sales men". You have been warned.

I just lost my job on Monday. I applied for some jobs on Tuesday and posted my resume. I did not apply for FLI phoenix but somehow I immediately got a call Wednesday. I did not call them back because I was busy and I wanted to research them. They called me back soon after I got the message. They set me up with an interview Thursday. I called my friend because I was excited I had an interview and she said they had called her too! That is pretty strange since neither of us applied and Phoenix is such a large city. We thought oh well we'll go in anyway. Our interview was the same time, same day. We drove together. I was astounded by how few questions they asked about my skills. They only asked where I was from, if I was a people person, and one word to describe me. Then the last question really freaked me out, "How much are you'r bills a month?" Really? What kind of interviewer asks you that. I told him and he averaged it over 4 weeks and said he thought I'd be able to make that much. Then he asks me to come in tomorrow for a full day interview, which obviously I'm not getting paid for since it's an interview. I just keep thinking that I don't want to go. I am so glad that I found these reviews because now I am definitely not going. I have a hard time knowing when it is my gut telling me to stay away, but that it what I thought it was.

Terrible experience with this bogus company. They present themselves on the job websites as Entry Level Marketing/Sales Rep/Advertising/Public Relations. They have even gone as far to disguise themselves as SPORTS MARKETING REPS/Account Managers for Diamondbacks. As a curious young graduate in Marketing, I thought this might be a good opportunity and to try to get an interview. I sent my resume online and was thrilled to get a call back to set up an interview. They told me to bring a resume and dress professionally. The interview was set up pretty early in the morning around 8:30am. I wanted to make a good impression naturally so I wore a nice suit. When I went in for my interview, one of the supposed managers brought me in and asked me pretty normal questions about my experience and credentials on my resume. He then began to talk about the company structure and how they promote quickly and yada yada like but not really giving in-depth details. Then he asked if I had a few hours to go out in the field to experience first hand and work with one of the reps. I thought it was a great idea to get a first person view of the position. The rep picked me in his car from Fiat Lux office and on the way to the "site", he was pumping me up saying they have potential to earn six figures once you become a manager and it's such a good opportunity compared to the corporate world that he came from. He then went on to telling me we were going to visit some of the businesses they work with and again how the there is great opportunity to advance in the company blah blah without even giving any concrete details. After driving for 15 minutes he parked in the middle of a shopping center and he popped his trunk and whipped out some boxes containing a piano which looked like one of those novelty prizes you win at the arcade with a butt load of tickets that is really a piece of crap. He said this is the product they were marketing that day and he told me we would hit all these businesses and to keep up with him. He frantically stormed in each business whether it was a Big Lots or mom and pop mexican fast food joint, hair salon, dentist office, daycare or dive bar and gave a sales pitch about the pianos to any clerk he came across and even some customers he happened to pass by. I was appalled! He was straight up SOLICITING! They have the interviews early because that's when the businesses open and they drag you around like a work mule, caddying their cheap merchandise! I was stuck with him all day because he drove and I had no way of getting back. I was tromping around in my suit going door to door getting dirty looks from customers and employees, while also selling a piece of junk to people to which the rep had no remorse! Don't get DUPED! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH A FIRST INTERVIEW if you want to avoid this kind of work in a pyramid scheme company.

Thank you to those who have taken the time to alert us to this company's practices. I suspected it was a scam when I could not find any mention of corporate officers or owner on their own website or blog. Seems like they skirt the boundaries of illegality on their payment practices. Straight commission only works for big ticket items like real estate and high end autos. This company only sells discount certificates for entertainment and other packages. It can only make a profit on this by exploiting it's sales force.

Thank you to the original poster, and the others who described their experiences with this company. One thing very telling is that the company's website does not list any of the executives or owners. The verbiage in the website seems designed to obfuscate and confuse, rather than explain and enlighten. The website is clearly not used to obtain and retain customers. As far as working for straight comission, I believe that is illegal in most states, except for a few sectors that are for big ticket items such as real estate, and that requires a license. I suspected this was some sort of scam, and now it is confirmed. Never trust a company who's owner will not put his name on the company's website.

Hell no to this. I knew I had a bad feeling the minute I walked in. I sure played along, but found out the truth from a friend of mine who worked with them under their first name before they changed it to just an abbreviation.
To the people who worked there and thought 3 days of 6+ hours of unpaid training is fine, what the hell? Not in this economy. They lied way too much on each of their job descriptions posted on the internet...really low.

Worst Job I ever had. I think I lasted 5 days before enough was enough. I was fresh out of college and so excited that I happened to find a full time "job" before I was technically even graduated, that I may have missed or shrugged off a lot of the signs that this place was complete BS. First off, they lie to you and tell you that you are going to be working and event planning with the Diamondbacks and other sports teams. Not the case. I'm an incredibly hard worker and spent one of the days working 8-6:30 in the pouring rain and I made $20...When it came time to start slangin movie tickets by myself in the ghetto of Mesa, I said I'm done. I died a little inside every time I was called a solicitor. I think Rick Ross wrote his song "Stay Schemin" about FLI.

Look up vector marketing they sell a product called cutco (good Knife). They are basically the same business structure. You know not everything is a scam and not every business has a good shiny new office I mean look at Home Depot or even a Sears. Its just not everyone is a good seller and not everyone is confident at selling with just a commission. I know I'm not. That's why when I found out this was a commissioned based job I said thanks but no thanks didn't even go in for the interview. But that's me I like position where there is a guaranteed pay there is nothing wrong with that. I think most of you are running into judgement that this is a fraud because it doesn't pay its employees a "guaranteed" pay. Its no scam its just how they run business I don't agree with it.

Just got back from the cattle-call...um, I mean, INTERVIEW. Incredibly unsettling. Wish I hadnt shaved for this...completely joke. Question for the drones that support this "multi-million dollar company" - Why then, can they not afford a decent office? And, after being verbally reprimanded for asking about the position, I was told I'd be getting a second interview! YIPPEY! - I am PRAYING I get to work for a company that doesnt pay me anything unless i make them money first! Unfortunately, I have have a skill set, integrity, and a self esteem so I will not be slinging coupons or windshield repairs like a fiending crackhead. This company will continue to be successful, however, because there is no shortage of desperate degenerates eager to buy into this nonsense.
Trust your gut for once.

Fiat Siena, Done 58000Kms.Petrol pump Failure due to heavy leakage from pumps main rivetd body,engineer recommended complete replacement.Replacement done -Invoice No :BUBhAu-WD-[protected],Invoice Date:13/10/2007.What is the expected life of a fuel pump?!
This failure was happened during a journey to attend an important meeting.
Are the company is going to refund the pump cost?

Fiat Auto irresponsibility and carelessness

My car met with an accident in Delhi in which the bumpers of my car were damaged. From the past 22 days the car has been in the service centre and the bumpers have not been changed yet. This company fiat is such a dump that i would suggest the company to place a separate ad in the newspaper and write a caution beneath it.

"buy on your own risk" company is a total failure

sir, i am a owner of fiat grande punto . i bought the car on 30 november 2010 . right from the purchase of the car i have been facing problems with the car . the a.c and clutch of the car were giving a lot of problems . a.c if the car stopped working on random times, sometimes it started working and sometimes not, because of the problem in clutch of the car there was a problem arising with the gears . on the second service we told the company about the a.c and the clutch but they said that it will be repaired or replaced on the next service . then on the next service when we told them, they didnt listened us properly . we got the a.c repaired 3 times by giving them money . after that we were having problems with gears, because of the problem in clutch the gear wire broke down, then we got new gear wires from the company by giving money . sir, noe again we are facing the same problem with a.c and gearbox . sir, they didnt replaced parts when the car was having warranty . now the extended warranty has started, niw we contacted them and they said that the parta will not be replaced now, it can only be replaced under 2 years warranty not the extended warranty . the parts in which we have problem comes under extended warranty . if they dont provide us benifit for extended warranty then whats the need . in case if my cat is not repaired as early as possible, i will be forced to file a complaint in court . so, sir i want fiat company to contact me and repair my car . my car registration number is pb23k0016 and my phone number is [protected]

Palio 1.9 D is a poor car, i have it since 2003, I had to replace half of the components till now, like clutch plate assembly, strart switch, electronic voltage regulator, egr, starter bearings, pneumatic actuators, other bearings apart from regular service replacements ... the list goes on... and finally now the fuel pump has given up.

Fiat just has not been able to gauge the power of Indian consumers. Whatever their launches now, it is not going to work. They should now get out of India. Their Indian strategists must be telling them that India is an easy market and you can do whatever you want with your customers after a sale has been made. It does not work like that in any market; least of all India.

They have getting their act together for years but they haven't learnt a single bit.

The greed of their service centres have now exceeded all limits. They simply damage parts right in front of you and say they need replacement. Fiat trained mechanics handling the cars are doing this day in day out.

Stay away if you wish to avoid a lot of pain and anguish.

I am really surprised How ironical complaint board has become! people type whatever they want. How can one expect a booking without any token amount also it is ironical to say one sales person who denied to accept booking amount.
Infact I am really satisfied when I purchased one Fiat Grande Punto from URMIL Motor.

Dear Sir,
Greetings of the day.
This is in reference to the subject mentioned above. It all started with the day I decided to go for a car that I wanted to gift it to my wife. After analyzing & studying the entire car market for quite a few weeks, going through their technicalities, features & driving comfort my quest was finally over when I experienced Fiat Grande Punto. Eventually I decided to go for Punto Active(Petrol). So for my convenience I approached URMIL MOTORS(Ghaziabad- [protected]/88) to get that car for me, as I’m putting up in Ghaziabad city.
Now my tragic experience started when I went their to book the car on the eve of June 15th, as it was my wife’s b’day. The sales executive who was attending me is Mr. Prasoon Sharma([protected]) who was accompanied by his Asst. Sales Manager Mr. Manish Sharma([protected]). As per their requirement I provided them with all the documents they asked for. Finally when the deal came to the token amount mode, Mr. Manish refused to take the same from me, stating that “I’m booking the car on trust basis”. Also he assured me that I would get the delivery of my car within 10-15 days at the max starting from the day, June 15th . On the same day they evaluated my pre owned car (Wagon R) & agreed to buy the car from me. So I believed his words & left the place with a very pleasant thought.
But this thought became a nightmare for me when I approached his showroom once again on 19th June & repeatedly on 24th, 26th, 30th June also on 1st & 2nd July to confirm the delivery of my car, but there were no positive signs of it. On 1st July I met Mr. Prasoon and enquired about the actual status of the car, but his approach was so casual that he calmly replied to my question, “what happens if the delivery is delayed by few days and he further he added that what is the urgency behind getting the car at this point of time.” To my surprise I found that actually my car was not at all booked on June 15th, this activity was delayed by 4-5 days. Not only that Mr. Manish kept on telling me every time that my car is already in transit since 24th June, which actually wasn’t. The actual transit of the car started on 26th of June. So I tried to contact Mr. Manish several times, either his cell used to be busy or he used to ensure that he would call me back, that never happened. At last I lost all hopes & was left with no other option than to approach the Sales Manager of Urmil Motors Mr. Sant Chaudhry([protected]). Now when he was explained the whole scenario, he promised me to follow up the matter & would keep me informed & updated about the status. But he too followed the same tradition & there was not even a single phone call from his end.
Today 2nd of July was a disastrous day for me when I really got frustrated & went to Mr. Sant asking for cancelling the deal & return the cheque to me which he received from icici bank, as I’ve applied for car loan from that bank being an I group employee. But he refused to cancel the deal & when I told him that I would approach the consumer’s forum he in turn replied me that nothing is going to happen by doing so. Not only that his last statement me was “YOU DON’T SHOW YOUR EGO OVER HERE, YOU CAN’T GAIN ANYTHING OUT OF IT”. These were the wonderful words said by the sales manager of Urmil Motors, Mr. Sant, , that really shocked me & shattered their image in my mind. I can’t imagine that anyone can speak to their customer like that.
Please note that it has been more than 9 days and still I have not received my car as yet.
Now I’m approaching you with the aforesaid grievance & expecting a fair justice from your end ASAP.

Fiat Auto constant failure even after regular services

Hi,

I will never recommend anyone to visit Fortune Cars at Powai Mumbai. It is a messy place with no parking available when you visit. You are asked to wait hours before someone attends it.

I had a horrifying experience with this service center. I have done regular service through this center and every time I have been looted for thousands of rupees. Even after spending loads of money I was informed that my problems will persist. When escalated to Manager and Center Head, I was denied a written document of same. I was asked to leave as they will not give me anything in writing.

I would like if someone from Fiat or TATA monitors this center and take strict action on them.

Please get in touch with me if you need more details..

My Experience with this has made me believe that Fiat/TATA cars after sales service is pooor and irritating even after spending good amount.
This cars are just fit for regular drivers.

My newly owned Fiat palio's Fuel line was damaged and on 29/june/2010 the car was given for rectyfying the damage to RF Motors Thodupuzha, Kerala, India.. it is sad to inform you that the same is not yet rectified till date ie.19/07/2010. Please take necessary steps...

Hi all,

I have bought a Fiat Palio from Priya Cars from Coimbatore last September. Not at all a good dealer. Facing several problems now with the car. Just a money motivated people. The car was just perfect for driving, but the second day the temperature started to go up and the fuel-injecting sensory is not switched off, and leakage of diesel from the tank, etc. even the windows were adjusted with some wood pieces inside. Still now I am unable to use the AC on that. I have given 1, 68000 on that car. When I spoke to them, they just told me that they could not find the previous owner now and they will not take back the car. When I asked for company service, they told me that it would take nearly 80, 000 to rectify the problem. This was brought to the notice of Priya cars and he recommended a workshop who can just finish all things with just 7000. I know there is a good understanding between these the dealer and the mechanic. Fake people... Don't deal with priya cars...please.

This was the mail I wrote to customer care... and no response as yet... so kindly enjoy the details... have to find irony and fun in experience...

Hi!

Even though I know this mail shall be trashed and no action shall be taken, but still I guess this is the only way I can vent out my angst and frustration of being a fiat customer.

I really dread the day I chose to buy a fiat palio SLX instead of going for a Hyundai or a Suzuki car. I thought the Tata association and with fiat's brand this car has to have something, not knowing what was is store.

It is a new experience wherein the customer has to run from pillar to post to know who can service his vehicle. Just to narrate one of my quite recent experiences I am sure you guys will feel sorry for the inconvinience caused and get ready for inflicting further grief.

This particular anecdote ( not interesting at all) was scripted to happen at Sterling Auto, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India on 10th of August 2009, 9:00 AM. Wherein I was one of the first guys to reach the place to get my Fiat Palio SLX (2007) serviced. It was 4th service for my vehicle. I got hold of Mr Rajesh, Service advisor ([protected]) (fancy designations) and expatiated the issues I was facing to him and after much deliberation and my due apprehension I was convinced of vehicle delivery at 4:00 clock the same day.

Now this is where the suffering starts. I reached the workshop at around 5:00 expecting the delivery of my car, but to my surprise the car was still being worked upon by a technician who was pulling things apart and again trying to get to something on my car's right rear door. I contacted Mr Rajesh (as he was the only known contact). He started justifying the delay and all sort of crepescular non technical stuff, which I very much knew meant "we will not be able to fix your problem". I tried to reason but found out they knew very little of the issue and the guy who was working on it was trying to hush up to reach back home as it was already late for him. It was very obvious that my vehicle was in a bad state and was not even washed properly (the basic thing). Being a gentle soul I voluntarily agreed to let my car stay in workshop for them to work upon for another day. Now, this is where the things got twisted. The next day I HAD TO CALL UP THE SERVICE ADVISOR to know of my car status and was glad to hear a prompt reply " WE ARE WORKING ON IT, SIR!" and was assured of vehicles delivery by 12:00 clock and too my surprise they had agreed to drop my car to my office as a welcoming gesture.

11th August, 12:00 Noon, I called up Mr. Rajesh again; expecting the vehcile to be on its way, but was in for a rude shock. He said after 2 days they still cant fix the problem and it will take some MORE time. This was frustrating as I did not get a clear answer even after waiting for a day. Expecting to get a proper response I asked him of his Managers number so as to put some customer is king kind of pressure. Enter, Mr. Shantanu ([protected]) Manager Workshop. I had a brief talk with him and even before I could elaborate the hasty feelings he said I shall look into the matter and get back to you. I waited for half an hour for his call (by the way he was supposed to call back in 5 minutes) and as usual was told the matter is under investgation and was persuaded to give some more time as the door latch had some issue and spare was not available (the golden fiat service words). Even after much deliberation and as many phone calls I knew my car will not be delivered on the day as promised. Un-willingly I agreed to push it a day more after assurance from Mr SP Singh ([protected]), Deputy GM and the other two blokes.

12th August, 12:00, I started my usual calling to the three people involved sometimes they did pick my calls other times they completely ignored it. By this time I have had enough of their promises. Meanwhile I got in touch with Mr Pandey ([protected]), Spares manager at Vivek motors who said he shall arrange the spares and even asked me to tell Mr Shantanu that he can get the spares from him or one another location in Okhla, Delhi. Imagine a customer is calling up a service workshop manager to tell him where he can find spares. Well anyways I did my part, but was told by Mr Shantanu that DEALERS DO NOT SHARE PARTS AMONG THEMSELVES. This was another shock here I was mediating for MY OWN CAR and I was getting differnt stories from differet people. Now, I thought lets be logical instead of being mad and told him I shall be there at around 3:30 so he better push his staff to arrange the spare, which he said he shall be doing.

12th August, 3:30, I reached the place and had a talk with Mr. Rajesh as Mr. Shantanu preferred not picking up my calls. Mr. Rajesh told me the truely unexpected things, "The SPARE IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE". WOW! If this couldnt break the back of the camel then there is something seriously wrong with the camel!

I just have had enough, I wanted my car back, but to my astonishment my car was all open with even the bonnet of my car open (GOD knows what they want to pick and choose from my engine when the issue was with my door) forget the washing of car. I realized even if I meddle around for an hour they wont be able to put my car back, so I gave them an extra hour and told them that I shall be there at 6:00 to pick my car.

I was feeling a bit agitated and the reasons were obvious (I hope). So here I was right on time and 15 minutes before reaching the place I had told Mr. Rajesh that I am on my way and please put the car in ready to deliver state.

What was coming next was now expected, I reached there at 6:00 and after some calls here and there, I finally caught up with Mr. Rajesh and finally saw my car parked outside and was told it has been washed and put backk, but the spare is still a problem. I saw my car and it was all muddy I saw the interior with all grease hands, I had to do the task of getting hold of technicians to get it cleaned up. I personally had to tell them clean the corners and stuff. I saw some new scratches on my car, but knew nothing can be done and I should be glad I got my car back. I did bring them to the supervisor attention, but to no vain, he seemed to be enjoying my grief at the moment.

I had to pay my bill to get my car, so I went to the bill desk, all the way thinking, what's next?

My bill summed up to a staggering Rs. 3160, and thats too without getting a part replaced. But I was thanking god! Atleast it was to be soon over.

Finally at 7:30 my car was ready for delivery (without test ride). On my way back I found my car was too heavy to drive which I realized is the break shoes tightly screwed. I am not going back ever to fiat (its just been two years association, but it pains a lot more), I will soon dump this car (my hard earned money) but for a better car and definitely an after sales service.

You people wont loose much, as for you customer is nothing more than a "SCREW the DUMMY"! better you will launch a new product with the same missing spares!

In the end customer will be running from pillar to post just to get a spare.

Cheers to your in-effectiveness! and pleasure you derive from laundering money from un-suspecting poor customers and their hapless running around!

Fiat Auto terrible service & safety issues!

I bought a brand new Fian Strada 1.6 bakkie 6 months ago. The safety / pre-check was obviously not done properly, as I discovered that first day I had the car the passenger seat safety belt does not work, I will now have now taken the car back to have it fixed 3 times, and it's still not working, I had to have the battery replaced yesterday, as the one cell is dead, the car is still under warranty, and my husband had to fight with them for over 2 hours to replace it for no charge, and as he got home he saw the seatbelt is still not working. I did not even have to dig deep to find many other unhappy fiat clients, I am extremely happy with the car, but due to the client relationship and treatment, I can strongly advise everyone NOT to get involved with any Fiat dealership in South Africa. Obviously, the seatbelt issue is a safety issue. What poor service. I am utterly disappointed and will never buy another Fiat in South Africa again.

I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW FIAT ACTIVE 2009 MODEL, I TOOK HER FOR HER FIRST SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR HAD NO SERVICE PLAN, WHICH IS A LOT OF B&*^l s&*$, MY HUSBAND WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR AT ALL, WE WERE MADE SO MANY PROMISES BY THE SALES LADY, BUT WHEN PUSH COMES TO SHOVE THE DISPUTE EVERYTHING, I AM NOT LEAVING THIS MATTER, I WILL TAKE IT UP WITH FIAT HEAD OFFICE IF I HAVE TO, THE STAFF THERE ARE INCOMPETANT

I would just like to inform your company of how dissatisfied I am . Earlier in the year I bought a rear wiper arm
For a Fiat Palio 2004 model, vin no : AFZ178F2601529438, This part was supplied incorrect at least 3 times
After which I decided to cancel the order, of which I waited just so long for a credit to be passed, with the lady in
Accounts(Ragner) having a bit of an attitude when you phone to enquire when the credit will be passed.
Today, 20 November 2008, I purchased a Windscreen Top Rubber (Rubber Weath) part no : [protected]
For a fiat Palio EL, 4door, 2004 model, vin no: AFZ178F2601529438 & guess what after paying & the driver had left
when we opened the box it Was empty, I cant believe it that I have such problems when ever I deal with SCHUS R300.

Fiat Auto car stalled after 375 km!

I want to file a complaint against FIAT India (Now taken over by TATA Motors). I bought a Fiat Palio on July 2,2006 and I have just done 375 Km on it and the car has been giving problems. It has stalled in the middle of the road once and right now it refuses to start. I got it checked when the problem occured for the first time on July16,2006. I went to Vivek Automobiles, Mathura Road, New Delhi where I bought the car from and I was told by the guys there that there are some errors in the MPFI system which caused the stall and now they have deleted those errors (I seriously dont know what he was trying to tell me). I went home feeling relieved and after two days my car has stalled again. I told them that they have sold me a defective piece and they should take responsibility. They can't figure out what the problem is nor are they ready to change my car. I am totally helpless and feel that I have been cheated.

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that my car Black FIAT LINEA no. UP 32 CS 3672 bought abought a year back has been showing the following problems
(1) Its suspension is not working properly resulting in the wearing out of all 4 tyres

(2)Its AC is very slow and does not cool the car even to a comfortable temprature

(3)Its electronic milometer has stopped working after the car has travelled 26000 km, even though the distance travelled by it is above 45000
(4) Its stereo is not working and after being given to GOLDRUSH LUCKNOW for repair, the electronic meter has stopped working altogather.

Kindly replace my Tyres, AC, Electronic meter and stereo.
Also please reply why I should no file a case against your company at the consumer court.

`Hello,

It been just a year so far since I purchased the Fiat Palio Stile Multijet SD car and it has spend more time in the workshops than on the road with a series of issues which were worked by the Malik car dealers in Hyderabad India.

It all started with issues with ECU component linked to faulty fuel injection system which stalled the car and locked the steering completely.This persistent issue was taken care temporarily when a new ECU unit was procurred from Italy as they did not have spare parts in their Pune production facility(a shame!). The problem then did not reoccur for 4-5 months, however due to the basic fault in the fuel injection system again the stalling and locking started recently.

In fact at this time as well my vehicle is in the workshop and I am totally fed up with the unsecurity of the vehicle as i can't take it out for long drives outside city withthe hear of stalling!

I have asked the dealer to replace the car completly as I just can't this this issue no further and have been patient all this while.

If I don't get any positive responses from fiat dealer Malik in Hyderabad, I will file a case in consumer court on grounds of manufacturing defects.
