fastoolnow.com review: Bad experience

I purchased reels and tools from the website www.fastoolnow.com, but I wasn’t satisfied with the services of the customer services team. I received my order in damaged box, and some tools were damaged. I contacted the customer services team and asked for repair or exchange, but a person, who spoke with me, started to yell at me and said that it wasn’t their fault and they won’t help me. I tried to call later, but their phone was busy. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience with this seller, maybe you can advise me something useful.
