Fanatics customer service and order accuracy

I placed my 1st ever order with Fanatics.com (order# [protected]) on wednesday, 9/18 for a black UGA Columbia shirt (Product ID: 3452225) and paid extra for the 1 day shipping because I needed it for Saturday 9/21. When I got the package on 9/20 and opened it, I noticed it contained the wrong item (product ID: 3470091) in the bag. I immediately called Fanatics.com at 1.877.833.7397 around 6pm. The customer service representative was Shakira (spell?) and I explained to her the situation. She could not have been less apologetic for the inconvenient and told me to just return the item. I asked that she checked with her supervisor if there could be anything to make up for this inconvenjence, especially when the shirt they sent me was of less value. She can back, again with not one single apology for the inconvenience, and said she could refund the difference. I asked if I could get the extra money I paid for the one day shipping, since I did not receive what I ordered, she said no. Once again, letting me off the phone with not one "thank you" nor "sorry". The lack of customer service is unheard of, and the only reason why I kept the shirt is because I needed in less than 12hrs. I will not be ordering again and will not recommend this to anyone. This truly felt like it was intentional in the hopes I would not have noticed and paid more for an item that costs less, basically a SCAM! This is unnaceptable.

Fanatics my order

I placed an order on September 2nd, I just now received my shipment on September 16th! I ordered 4 items for my family, and we were missing 1 item. I called I was told mistakes happen and they would just refund my money because now they don't have the item but when I ordered it, the item was in stock. Poor customer service- very rude. I will not order through the website again when they couldn't even accommodate me better than that.

Fanatics customer service

I ordered the Minnesota Vikings Nike Air Zooms for myself and my husband (as pictured below). We received them yesterday and wore them right away. Today when we looked at them we realized that we were sent purple Nike's with white swooshes. I contacted customer service and was told that they ran out of the purple/gold Nike's. I was informed that I could return the shoes however because they were worn outside I would not get any money back. I explained that the product error was on Fanatics end. The Fanatic rep confirm that their was the same complaint earlier in the day. He put me on hold to ask what he can do for this situation. He came back that they would give me a 20% off coupon. I then requested to speak with his supervisor. He advised that he spoke with his supervisor and she suggested the coupon. I requested to be transferred to her anyway. She advised me the same - return, but no refund do to visible wear. She advised, had I noticed the error prior to wearing them the full return refund policy could be completed. I explained to her that I did not make the error in sending me the wrong product and I trusted that they sent me what I had ordered. She offered me a 20% off coupon. I explained that I did not want the coupon because due to their terrible customer service I do not plan on shopping with them again. I requested to speak with her supervisor. She stated that her supervisor was not present and refused to give me their name & number or to send me to their voice mail. I requested to leave my name and number for that supervisor to call me and she refused. She only would provide me with a complaint email.

Fanatics fraud matter

Made order for a few items cost of $37.35 was debited from my card then a further $48.87 was also deducted from the same account I have been dealing with Mr. Zubair Ahmed the manager in the UK on my first order.
2 nd order I have pu tf a 2nd order in with Mr. Zubair Ahmed to his p private work email I have a lkso attempted to contact him by phone no replies by phone or emails to date always in meetings, not in, and many times he will call you back in 1 hour in 2 hours, in 10 minutes, or as soon as he is finished with his meeting still no contact by him or his office still waiting on refund and now the items I required is out of stock when I ordered these items still while the tennis was on in London he has now offerd me my items free of charge but now no stock I have kept tf a record of all phone logs and emails between us and so now he is avoiding all communication by phone and emailsAnd still no refunds.

This is urgent matter as it's a police matter?
A quick response would be appreciated to stop any further legal action
My order is men's Wimbledon championship towel and Ralph Lauren ball boy jacket in a small men's.

Fanatics haven't returned money to my account!

I'm extremely frustrated with these rediculous emails! I've been trying to get my money returned to my account and all i've heard is that it takes a certain amount of days! Well now that we're past that time frame, i'm now told to contact paypal! Now my frustration is through the cloud in the sky! This has nothing to do with paypal and everything to do with the money they took out of my acct and not returning! This is very bad for business and really makes me turn against online shopping! I have filed a complaint with the federal trade commission and I will be filing new complaints with every authority until my money is returned to bank account.

Fanatics order cancelled with no communication

I ordered a English Premier Soccer League jersey (product # 3221826, Size L) for my son 3 weeks prior to Christmas. Order (#[protected]) was confirmed with expected ship date on or before 12/17. When I did not receive the order I checked online - order status still showed pending. I contacted their customer service and was told the order was cancelled as item was out of stock. They had all of my contact information (e-mail, phone, etc.) but could not explain why I was not notified. I was instructed to place a new order even though my credit card account had not reflected a refund yet. Once I spoke to my credit card company that same day (12/19) I placed a new order but was told even though the item was now in stock it could not be delivered prior to Christmas. I requested expedited shipping since it was their error - no help at all. This was $120 item and the only request my son had for Christmas. Have been a loyal customer for 10+ years but will never order from this company again - customer service is a joke! I request to receive this item free of charge - Fanatics basically ruined Christmas for my son and myself and I would like an opportunity to try to make this up to him even if it is late.

Fanatics customer service attitude and knowledge

Hi,

I called today asking for a subsidy of my shipping back from Canada for the shipping as I asked for a quote online and the total came out to about $20CAD ($15USD). When I called, the associate was rude, and kept repeating the same information to me that:

International shipping you guys say will be $8USD ($11CAD), and that since the CAD dollar is 1.33 the USD dollar, the total will be more. I said I understood, but the total he was telling me was $10 less than what I was being charged after the currency was exchanged.

He seemed to misunderstand that I had already done the conversion, and after adding tax, the total would not come to $20, as our tax is only 10% here, not FIFTY. He didn't understand and kept repeating that I had to convert the currency (which I did), then backtracked and said international return shipping is only $8USD if you're outside of the states? Which doesn't make sense because if you're in the states then its not international shipping, it's domestic. So the international shipping charge wouldn't apply. He then went back to parroting that I had to convert and add tax, even after I had told him many times that I already had.

Quite rude, got frustrated with me very early on in the conversation, kept cutting me off and not letting me speak. Overall a bad experience. Incredibly disappointing after the calm and understanding girl I got in the first phone call who let me finish my sentences and listened to what I was saying instead of just talking over me.

Addendum (same person as above). Calmed down a bit now and contacted their chat. The lady was very helpful and much more calm (though its hard to get into a pissing contest over chat).

Bottom line: some of their associates are good. If you ever get a man with a southern accent answering your phone call, 1) tell me his name so I can complain to them, 2) hang the hell up! He'll ruin your day.

Fanatics men's new england patriots nike olive salute to service sideline therma performance pullover hoodie

On the website the item Men's New England Patriots Nike Olive Salute to Service Sideline Therma Performance Pullover Hoodie advertises 74.99 Sale price which ends tomorrow on 11-17-2018. When I order the product the price jumps back up to 99.99. I talked to someone on Chat and they said it is only for limited sizes. I clicked on other teams with different sizes and it always jumps up to 99.99. If that is the case the sale should say only for these sizes. Right now there is false information on the website. One price says one thing and when your check out it says another thing.

Fanatics customer service/shipping

I ordered a product that was suppose to ship within one business day. Now a week has gone by and still waiting. ( it's in stock.) Doesn't matter which site of theirs you order from the outcome is the same. I see a huge legal lawsuit battle in this company's future. I suggest not buying from Fanatics, which includes all websites such as Nflshop, Mlbshop, Nhlshop, etc... till they get their act together and treat customers as a priority, respectfully and promptly. I've read lots of reviews for each site they own, none of them are good. Hope they improve soon. Btw... where's my order?

Don't be surprised when you get the form letter...
When we're unable to fulfill an order it's usually because the item is no longer available or because it's a custom order in violation of team licensing guidelines

Fanatics my order

I ordered a world series jacket a sweatshirt the day after the world series and now they are telling me it's back ordered this is the second time I've ordered from you and always the same thing happened again not happy about it. They waist no time taking my money for something they don't have in stock they should give me a 10% off my order for my inconvenience for waiting for them to get my order

Fanatics shipping

I placed an order on Sunday 10/21 and paid for the one day shipping. Since I purchased World Series gear I learned after I submitted the order that I would not receive my item until Friday the 26. This upset me however I waited for my items on Friday. I did not receive my items on Friday nor on Saturday. Now I am upset that I will not have my items and my team my be eliminated by the time I get them. I paid the 25 dollars to get my items ASAP and I still have nothing.
My order number is [protected]. I request a reimbursement of the money paid for shipping. I am very discouraged in making future purchases because of this.

Fanatics exchange/refund problem

On 10/20/2018 I purchased a Vinyard Vines Boston Red Sox Gray T-Shirt, product # 3270843 from Fanatics. On 10/25/2018 I received what I thought was my order; however, I opened the package and it was a NFL Broncos Jersey.

I immediately contacted the Fanatics Customer Service Center via telephone and advised them that they had sent me the wrong item. They advised me that they could approved a return of the wrong item (Broncos Jersey) they sent but I would have to re-order what I originally purchased (VV Boston RedSox Tee). They stated their system would not allow them to do an even exchange.

The problem came when the item I ordered was now out of stock and that my coupon code for $25.00 off could not be refunded nor be credited to my account. Not only did I not receive what I originally ordered but now to get what I originally ordered I would have to pay an additional $25.00 for it because they would not credit the Fanatics gift code I used for their mistake.

All I wanted was to receive the item I purchased and not only did I not receive it, I also have lost my coupon.

Fanatics never order from here

It's simply ridiculous. Out of ten items, I ordered only two were shipped because other 8 items were out of stock! It makes me think that they have nothing in their warehouse.
Moreover, the items took one month to arrive, and I live in Florida (it's the state where their company is based, I don't know where their warehouse is though). Anyway, it's too long.
They promised to ship everything within 7-8 business days, but the items are still there!
It's crazy! Stay away!

Fanatics payment not received/ product not received/unethical behavior

An order was placed with your company on December 17, 2017
(order Number: [protected]). The Order was not delivered nor received by Christmas. I contacted fanatics customer service team, which informed me that the order was undeliverable and that it was being returned to fanatics and that I can only receive $65 out of the $85.97 I originally paid. Mysteriously, all other gifts sent from other companies to the valid address provided were received. I explained thoroughly to the very rude and unprofessional representative that I would like the product re-shipped, as it was a Christmas gift for my father. The representative responded that the product cannot be re-shipped nor can I receive a full refund. I explained that your company was advertising delivery by Christmas or its free (which means that if my items are not delivered by Christmas its free along with the product). The representative refused to compromise and refused to provide a valid reason as to why I cannot receive the product or full refund. I explained third party contracts with mail carriers and explained to the representative that I can prove that the address is valid and that this is a huge inconvenience to me as a loyal customer. I further explained that I am a very loyal customer and always order from fanatics and never have I had such rude representation or shipping issues. I requested to speak to management, which provided the same unprofessional representation. After going back and forth with a very incompetent representative I was provided a corporate number upon request and was informed that I would be refunded only $65 and no product would be given. The corporate number provided is invalid and to date I have not received a refund! I attempted to contact fanatics customer service again regarding the same issue and on this particular encounter a representative refused to speak to me regarding this matter because my husbands name was on the billing form and not mine. The representative further explained that the first representative along with management did not follow policy and incorrectly provided me with information on the account. I am very frustrated and extremely dissatisfied with this company and the way they handle customers. Can anyone advise and contact me to resolve this issue. Fanatics don't use it

Knowing that the shipping and delivery may take a long time, I ordered 3 shirts 2 months before the day I needed them. I spent hours reading about them and thought I did everything right.
I was never so wrong.
The shirts didn't arrive on time. Calling their customer service was an adventure I didn't enjoy, they didn't answer, I was constantly on hold, or if they picked up the phone, they were rude and useless. So the problem has not changed.
I have no idea about my order status and where it is. I wish I could ask them, but they are too arrogant to help their customers.
So here's one more review of a negative experience.

Fanatics pathetic

Don't buy anything from this site, it surely has to be shut down as soon as possible, because the way they do their business is awful and it should be stopped. I ordered an item with an express delivery and got it in a week. Called them and blamed them for a bad work, they refuse to confess it was their fault and nobody else's. Cowards! They are scammers. Buyers beware!

Fanatics order never received twice

I placed a Father's Day order on the morning of June9th and was promised it would be delivered within 3 days. I got a confirmation on the order and waited. It never came. On the morning of June 15th when I called, I found out that Fanatics had mistakenly canceled the order while processing and then never notified me. So Fanatics reissued the order [protected]-6498) and promised me it would be overnighted to me and I would receive it by June 16th. I also would get a tracking number in my email. I waited until the evening of the 15th, but never received a tracking number so I called and spoke to Supervisor Consuela who was surly and down right rude. However she told me that my order had AGAIN been mishandled and she was personally pulling it to be sent for overnight delivery . I explained to her that I have a special-needs child and that I cannot go running over to the mall, which is why I was depending on this company for Father's Day. When I did not receive the package the following day and used the CHAT service to check on it. They told me that Consuela had never done any thing and that my package was never sent. That I would have NOTHING for, Father's day AND despite their policy of "going above and beyond" they didn't care they had ruined our holiday, or that they had SCREWED UP multiple times. They threw 10 dollars for me to use on, get this, a future order. I cannot believe the sheer viciousness and ineptitude of this company. I am going on Social Media, I am registering an official complaint with the Attorney General and I will tell EVERYBODY to Never use FANATICS

Fanatics partial refund!

Back in January I ordered a t-shirt from Fanatics as a present for my boyfriend. When it finally arrived the size was incorrect so I returned the shirt. And I must say that I wasted almost three weeks on returning it. After they've received it they sent me an email stating I would me getting a partial refund! I paid over $50 for that shirt and they gave me only $25 back! What a joke! These people turned my life into a real nightmare! I feel so disgusted. And I will continue to write negative reviews about them because I want to warn other people. Stay away from this site! Amazed they are still in business.

Fanatics customer service is horrible!

I purchased a shirt from Fanatics and when it finally arrived I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. The shirt looked cheap and was poorly made. It was definitely made in China, so horrible it was. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but was told they could not do anything because my account was blocked due to some fraudulent activity. Seriously? Their rep said that they will no longer be doing business with me. So they actually took my money, sent me some garbage and run! Stay away from this dishonest fraud company!

Fanatics horrible experience

I decided to order a t-shirt from Fanatics because hey had these huge discounts. Well, three weeks passed and I received nothing yet. Fanatics has the worst service. Their shipping is so slow and it is impossible to get in touch with someone from their customer service. I sent them several messages and even called but there was no response. That shirt was supposed to be a gift and my brother's birthday is tomorrow! I'm so angry and disappointed. Now I have to think of something else! I will never do business with this horrible company again and I will make sure to tell everyone how terrible they are!

There are so many easy and cheap sites, try www.fanwears.com. Its new and they are adding the products, but it has best quality apparels in cheapest rate.
