Credit report removal
I have been under administration from the year 2004 until 2020 when I paid up my debts, and got my certificate in terms of section 74u of the magistrate's court act 32 of 1944, the settlement was done november 2020 until now and I am frustrated because I want to buy my children a house and when I apply on my pension funds I have been blocked, it is now the sixth time I miss the opportunity to do something for my kids. Please help me to persue the experian consumer to remove my name from the bad credit report listing.
Regards
Ms Williams STP

Desired outcome: To get my credit report clean as it had to be from the certificate in terms of section 74u of the Magistrate's court Act 32 0f 1944 from November 2020
Inaccurate reporting
I recently reviewed my credit reports and was at awe at the inaccurate information reporting! This company is violating my federal consumer rights, I have filed complaints with the BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL, FTC, CFPB, STATE SENATOR. As a consumer ONLY i can give any credit reporting or consumer reporting agency permissible rights to report ANYTHING on my credit reports and this is stated by federal law to protect us consumers from activity as this performed by Experian, please look into this matter for me, thank You
Desired outcome: To update and correct my credit reports as documented in the letters i have sent to CFPB, FTC, and this company, thank You
Acima credit fka simpl / credit reporting account
Hello,
This complaint is for Experian regarding the FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT Acima Credit FKA Simple (account number 6286387) that has been placed on my credit report illegally. I have never done business with (Acima Credit) and this account must be removed because it is made my life extremely difficult. By being stuck with higher interest rates, fewer loan options, and also hindered my housing. I need it removed immediately. I have contact Experian 30 days ago to remove this account and Experian have no responded back to me about this matter that holding me back to prosper in my life that should not be there in the first place. Legally they are obligated to respond within 30 days and Experian have not done so. The Acima account in question have been opened around the time I lost my wallet and many other things of identification. This is Identity Theft. I would highly appreciate if BBB assist in getting this fraudulent account removed so I can get back to my life as it were before the traumatic incident.
Thanks
Desired outcome: REMOVE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT FROM MY EXPERIAN REPORT
I just had similar happen to me with this company! They are charging that I have a lease through them but I've not lease ANYTHING for over 15 years now. When I asked them what I leased they refused to let me know what it was, then they told me I had to file a fraud report with my local police and email them the fraud report number. Honestly, I am wondering if these people are just scam people with all the bad news about them I'm seeing online!
unauthorized membership charges of $21.95 and$1.00
I have never authorized any membership fees at all. Not the $1.00 nor the $21.95. I am on disability due to stage 4 cancer. I can't afford theses fees. I'm on a fixed income and I never authorized nor requested this service. Please refund my account. I know my credit report is poor so why would I spend money that I don't have on something that is going to tell me what I already know?
Desired outcome: refund of unauthorized chargges
monthly fees
I just discovered Experian has been charging my debit card $27.16 every month for the last 10 months.
Desired outcome: I want a refund of $271.60 or I am going to sue you.
fico charges each month

Desired outcome: no more charges
Experian unauthorized charge for membership $24.99 after $1.00 credit report charge
I had an Experian membership from 2011 to 2014. Now Experian charged $1 on 5/30/2021 for a credit report. Now Experian charged me $24.99 on 6/10/2021.for membership that I did not ack for. I believe that they have used my past membership information to make the unauthorized charges.
Desired outcome: Legal complaint of fraud (Unauthorized Withdrawal)
Unauthorized charge by Experian on my checking account
They have charged me $24.99 for I don't even know what for. I've called them and they won't put me through to anyone unless I punch in my SS# and I am NOT doing that.
Desired outcome: Refund and never to charge me again

Experian free credit check
Hi,
I've fallen victim to the Experian credit check scam, where they automatically enroll you in their highest tier of membership as described here.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1613865/experian-be-warned
I am looking for any legal help that I can take against this as I was signed up for this service for 1 year and 8 months, which is an absolutely ridiculous amount to pay for a free service.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you
Dylan
Their services et al
You can not reach a live person to resolve an issue. When you call their phone numbers any where 1-888-397-3742, 1 714 830 7000, you get a recording and two options neither of which fit my situation. There is no override option to get to an operator so you might be able to resolve your situation.
I tried to log on to my account on the web last night 6/14/2020. It did not work so a website popped up saying enter your Social Security # and Date of Birth. A message popped up saying they had sent an email with directions for me to reset my password to [protected]@fghj.com. That is not, nor ever has been, my email address. Where that came from I have no idea but apparently it is now possible for someone to log onto my Experian account...
I tried to call Experian all morning 6/15/2020, reaching a live person who was unable to help me after 30 minutes. Back at their website, an online help pops up but that too is not a live person but a bot. The bot won't connect you to someone who can help unless you pay a dollar for a service which you can allegedly cancel anytime thereafter or pay $40 + each month. Folks have said online that they can't get this service cancelled...
I was never able to reach someone who actually could address my situation and now have to worry that someone out there can access my very personal information. We have been victims of ID theft multiple times and this mess with Experian is not helping us.
I am beyond frustrated.
cant through deploablr phone system! just say i can;t get, can't get! once tou finally get pat the bs, you sit on hold for ever. hearing messages to sign up for some service.
Social media twitter. just keeps giving prompts, wont admit phone system does work!
unethical charges on my credit card
I recently found out that Experian was charging my credit card for $21.95 a month. It went on for three months when I finally noticed it and I wondered why I was getting emails from Experian every day . I finally returned one of their emails and told them if they did not get that off my credit card I would contact the attorney generals office. It was at 11:30 at night and in seven minutes they returned my email and said they were crediting my account for these three charges. How does Experian get away with this and most people don't know how to defend themselves. Why can't somebody take action. Experience for these illegal charges? Where else can I go to submit a complaint? Yvonne Thomas [protected]. Email address is [protected]@icloud.com.
unauthorized credit report freeze. problems logging in
I have never had such unprofessional experience as with your company. Really unbelievable. I had problems logging into my account for weeks. Have right username, reset password. When tried logging in afterwards, was given 866 number. When called number there was nev er any way to speak to person — just crazy computer going around and around. If you give an 800 number to call than you have someone there to answer. Unbeleivable. To make things worse as was trying going around with stupid automatic system - it said that it froze my credit report. Never asked to freeze my credit report. I"m done with this crazy company and you can be sure that I will publicize this further if not resolved immediately - I need my freez to be removed immediately_ it was never requested. Totally unbelieivable,. Finally got to someone by pressing the digit for"clients". You don't really care about anyone besides"clients" seems. Spoke to kate 4212. Terrible terrible service. Terrible company terrible service,. Issue not resolved. Cant believe this company is not some third-world company. Or maybe it is?
my credit information security
Experian uses coercive practices when it comes to the security of their consumer accounts. I cancelled my paid membership that allowed me to lock or unlock my Experian credit information at will but I had added a credit report freeze long before I had a membership account with the option to lock or unlock my report. After I cancelled that account I found out the credit freeze I had placed on my account no longer existed, thereby leaving my credit account exposed to possible fraud on my account. I did not know that Experian had left me exposed to credit fraud for three days when I received an email stating (Because you've cancelled your paid membership and no longer have access to CreditLock, your Experian credit file has been unlocked. So, any upcoming scheduled lock or unlock has been cancelled. Upgrade your account to use this feature again). It was not explained to me that the credit freeze I had placed on my account before I opened my paid information account had been removed from my Experian account. I feel this is deceptive and coercive in order to get me to reopen one of their paid accounts.
experian
I called Experian to ask them to remove a fraud alert that I did not place on my report. When the rep ask me a question he did not read the question correctly and therefore I answered the question wrong. After asking to speak with a supervisor and explaining to her that her rep was having trouble reading the question to me and it seems as if he did not speak English the supervisor then hung up the phone on me. Now I can not get through to customer service and I am being blocked from uploading my documents to prove my identity so I can remove the fraud alert. Hard working people should not be allowed to be treated this way by a credit reporting company. Please help me.
fraud
I finally opened my account to look at it. My daughter found fraud from experian that I never ran. I have never bought anything or did anything that would require experian to run my credit. They did it automatically every month right on time around 4 pm. That is automatic if you ask me. They have charged my card over $500. We had to go through several calls and they were rude rude people. I don't know why social security has a company like this handling peoples money. I sent in the fraud paperwork and of course they "couldn't find any prove any fradulaunt activity" and refused to give the money back. Of course they assumed I gave the card to someone or let people in my account. I gave my daughter permission to help me when I visited and they refused to let her talk even with me there on speaker phone. They said if we didn't get off speaker they would hang up and threat after threat after threat. Now I need to find corporate and go higher. Sometimes it doesn't even work in the stores and makes me look bad like there is nothing in the card. Direct express sucks.
website
I have a credit alert and have tried to CALL and go online to speak to someone about this, but their website sucks! Holy crap, get with the program! Your options do not address my issue and I cannot get a single human being on the phone. Ridiculous! Worse is that you have been hacked and lost hundreds of thousands peoples info - you d think you would be trying harder!
credit bureau
I paid 19.99 to access my experian report and credit score and since 5/30/2018 I have not been provided a score with my credit report. They cust service rep said it may be because of system maintenance but it has lasted all day and into 5/21. Also if she is correct, and she was a supervisor, everyone would not be getting their scores. So its a lie and I want my refund.
can't get anyone to answer the phone, fax, chat, email... nothing!
I have been on hold for 1:32 & still holding, almost 2 hours! No fax number, can't send an online dispute, it's insane. The chat line just gives me the customer number, not sure why the chat is offered when they can't help with anything? I'm in the middle of closing on a house, and you have a collection on my report that I have a release letter from the collection agency & the creditor but I can't get anything to you. This is crazy!
Terrible
Dreadful. Don't bother.
Good luck in trying to get rid of them.
They make a lot of promises including a free trial. But anyway when you start using them, they charge you.
No, not that one dollar, but much more. And now I can't make them stop charging me every day. I haven't subscribed to their service, [robably, it was automatically done once I used their service. And now they have my credit card information and are able to do anything they want. I am very nervous...
