Entirelypets.com / They charged my account for products I never ordered!
I've purchased several packages of Canidae cat food from www.entirelypets.com back in November. Received my stuff and never ordered anything again. But then I received a notification that my account was charged. I immediately contacted customer service and they said that was their mistake and promised that I'll be issued a refund within two weeks. It is now March 30 and still no money! When I check my account the charge is still there! These 4 month I have been trying to get my money back, and heard only excuses!
