Everything we ordered came quickly. They were great in keeping us informed as to the status of our order. Our expectation was not high, but I have to say the plasticware was very sturdy, the napkins were high quality, the lace tablecloths are thin, but still worked as an overlay over the plastic pink underneath, glitter plastic cup added a little sparkle to the event and they were not at all flimsy and the cherry blossom garland was perfect for our garden party. I would use efavormart again and would recommend. I found them to be quite reasonable.

The silver rod sets have not been installed as yet. We close on our new home on July 21st. I did open one of the six sets. I anticipated that they were going to be less sturdy and the finials would be less prominent. No! They were beautiful and sturdy. The rods were 1 " thick and the finials were of good size. I believe my finials were 2.25" x 2.25". Each rod set (rod, finial, and hardware) were as nice as $50 to $75.00 sets. No flaws - just beautiful! I love that their sets fit most all sizes. Three rods expand from 44" to 126" and if you need a narrower set you can hack-saw the 44" to fit smaller. Great concept! I couldn't measure my windows, but I can buy these sets and they will work for all my windows. Perfect! A cleaners will press and hang my drapes and an installer will install the rod sets. At 75 years old this is wonderful and simple. Love their service and their products.

I considered myself pretty internet shopping savy until I ran into this company. I needed a cupcake stand (acrylic) for my daughters wedding reception on June 25. On June 6th I ordered a 6 tier cupcake stand from YaYa's. It arrived a week later and it was nothing short of junk. One of the tiers was so warped you could wear it as an acrylic cowboy hat. One looked like it had been sent through a wood chipper and the top tier would not fit down on the tubing. I immediately went to the website and discovered they do not have a phone number to contact customer service. This should have been all the red flag I needed but at this point I needed to get a replacement. I emailed the company and told them what my issues were with the cupcake plate and they promptly emailed me back saying they would send a replacement. This took over a week to receive and when I saw the package yesterday in the mailbox, I knew that they did not send me a replacement cupcake stand. They sent the 6 inch top tier only. My daughters wedding reception is now only 4 days away and they are not guaranteeing me that they can get replacement plates to me by then. I dont believe I was dealing with someone that spoke English on chat because it took forever for them to respond to me and their English was very broken with sentences that did not make any sense. Please stay away from this website! If someone will tell me what else I can do to help put this sleazy company out of business I am all for it!

eFavorMart.com/Ya Ya Creations Refused to Acknoeldge WRONG Product and issue credit

I ordered 20 items from YaYa Creations/ Tablecloths Factory. These items are 10 organza table overlays and 10 organza table runners. Immediately upon receipt I saw that they sent me TWO incorrect color items. The TWO incorrect items are table overlays in the color SAGE (this is the company’s online description, and is a very light yellow/green). I did NOT order SAGE but ordered them in WILLOW, (the company’s online description of basic green).

The company contact information does not supply a real person/operator to speak with and only sends you to bogus phone store front voicemail set ups to appear they have a real store front but they don't. The only contact is via their E-Chat windows. I have saved emails for my records as I filed a dispute against them with me credit card company and also filing with BBB...Oh but they are conveniently NOT registered with BBB. Not a big shocker after now reading about hundreds of complaints about them! They requested pictures of the incorrect items which I sent immediately. Interesting fact that the company denied ever receiving emails from me and pictures of the incorrect items to my credit card company which I happily proved otherwise with evidence thus proving how they lie. They also misstated that they sent me 10 items, which in fact was 20 items. THEY CAN'T KEEP THEIR STORY STRAIGHT AND LIE!

The day I received the items I immediately contacted the company to see about exchanging them for the correct color. I was yelled at via their E-chat rep, and this was completely uncalled for and beyond rude on so many levels. They were crude, demeaning, and demoralizing conversations toward me. They flat out denied and refused to acknowledge that they sent me the wrong items, and would not exchange them. They continued to berate me online in lengthy verbiage that I was wrong, they were right, there was no way they sent me incorrect items, that the items had labels on them and to go look b/c I was wrong. Seriously these people are deranged idiots! The incorrect items they sent did NOT have any labels whatsoever and even if they did there was no way they were going to admit they were wrong. So what's their thinking, no labels equals no exchange? Who's fault would that be then, mine? Plain and simple, this could have been easily resolved but they took the other road. Typical customer service is to be helpful and to resolve any issues.

They refused to admit they could be wrong and then asked me to send them pictures and did immediately. I also stated to them via E-chat that I was going to dispute the complete charge if I didn’t hear from a real person and gave them a number to call me. I requested via E-chat for them to send me to their MGR. or SUPV and they continued berate and make rude comments to just send back the entire order at my cost and if they were to send me any other items they would send the same colors at my cost again and hung up via e-chat.

I received a call the very next day from a bogus caller ID, untraceable number, e.g. 012345. As soon as the person on the other end confirmed who I was, he immediately yelled rudely, could barely speak English, and said I was wrong and he had received the pictures and I was still wrong and would not exchange them and that I could return everything at my cost. I am not the only person they have hung up on, as I have read multiple times from other online complaints of the same thing. These people lie about everything. They lied to my credit card company in the reply letter they sent that they never contacted me via email or phone. Simple proof has been provided from the email chain I attached back to my credit card company, which simply discredits them about this situation. Nice try though.

After the initial incident, I looked online investigating this company to find there have been several hundred complaints of the exact same situation I had just encountered, some much worse than mine but all with the same story line.

I attached several of the complaints easily found online for your reference .

I do NOT trust this company on any level and believe based on my experience and the other hundreds of complaints they have against them that if I were to send back these two items, which are completely untouched and in perfect condition in a traced package, that they would make up some convoluted story, lie and bully their way out of doing the right thing and still not owe me my due credit for a return - forget exchanging at this point, it'll never happen. It has been expressed too often in many complaints that they refused to owe credit for returns with lies and false statements.

I want to point out that in a 2/24/11 email response to me they stated they ‘would not send me a return label at this time’. So which time will they send out a return label? That indicates they can at their choosing and they’re simply refusing to do so.

Simple problem with a simple solution. However verbally on the phone they refused to exchange or send a label. Makes no sense and beyond frustrating and they know this and flat out could care less! I work in customer relations and marketing and find this entire ordeal needless and appalling on so many levels.

This company operates under various other names, and does NOT belong to the BBB as they state on their site which is FALSE advertising, and has conducted the same kind of ethic for years as seen through all the countless complaints online.

BUYER BEWARE! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING! READ OTHER COMPLAINTS!

This was the worst buying experience ever! Their customer service was beyond frustrating and they never even sent out my package! They blamed it on the shipping method I chose, but the fact is it never left their warehouse. They promised they would ship it Express and the package never came and then when I contacted them again they told me the product was out of stock when it was clearly in stock online. The worst company ever! With my online live chat, I asked to speak to an actual manager on the phone and Christine the operator told me "no". What is with that! Don't ever buy from them they are horrible!

If I could give a million negative stars I would.

I had ahorribel experience with efavormart.com. I thought when I went to buy the items that I needed for my wedding, it would be fun. I was wrong.

I had ordered candles and rose petals from this company. They first send me candles just thrown into the big box that they obviously were not meant to be in. They were all melted together and had big gashes out where they had been banging inside. Second, there was no ribbon that had our name and date to go around the candles.

I then CHAT because they do not have a number you can call. That seems very wierd to me. They tried to make me count out the candles damaged instead of replacing them all. I had to become stern and say they will replace all. So they finally said yes. They also promised to send the ribbon.

They resent the candles in nice boxes and they were ok...but NO ribbon! I CHATTED again and they sent the ribbon. When it showed up it had the wrong date on it! So they resent that.

My fiance and I sat down and began putting it all together to find out that the rose that attaches to the candles to hold the tull was not the right amount! So we had to CHAT again and they tried to say they would not send more. We however made it very clear they would.

Also, the rose petals that they sent me were not a true ivory color. They also had blue ink on many and some were not cut correctly. This is the worst service and company I have ever dealt with. Be advised...DO NOT use them if you want to stay clear of a huge headache!

I purchased a runner for my daughters wedding, they sent a roll of thin plastic like that once we use to cover picnic tables, how in the world they called that a runner, anyone walkin on top of that will slip off and the tail of the wedding dress will pull it as she walks in. They have a 20% restocking policy plus don't refung shipping and I will need to pay shippin charges to sent the item back to them for refund, they are a shady company YAYA creations, the worse, tay away from them if you don't want to waste your hard earned money, they are crooks, they misrepresent their products. The worse!

eFavorMart.com/Ya Ya Creations fraudulant business practices, damaged merchandise, rude constomer service

I purchased 25 tablecloths from Ya Ya Creations of efavormart.com for my daughter's wedding. I planned ahead, ordered early and upon opening the individually wrapped items a couple months later realized that 19/25 tablecloths were stained with what appeared to be sauce or rust and /or smudges of black oil or grease perhaps from the the machine on which they were manufactured. Customer service could not be reached by phone despite the recording that repeatedly told me that help is available 24/7. After months of emailing and despite seeking assistance via the Better Business Bureau, the company accused me of damaging the items and lying but agreed to refund my money once I returned the tablecloths. After spending $44.64 for return shipping, the company informed the BBB that, " We cannot honor returns from crooked customers like this, " said I was "100% at fault, a fraud and a crook" and said they would not issue a refund to crooks." I was and continue to be amazed at the deceit and rudeness practiced by this company and deeply wish I had checked out company reviews prior to my purchase. I am currently submitting my complaint to the Attorney General of CA.

eFavorMart.com/Ya Ya Creations Avoid like the plague

The fraudulent business practices of ya ya creations ranks them among the ### of the internet. It was my experience this last july 18th, to lend a helping hand to my older sister, with a wedding thrown for her daughter and my niece. I arrived a day before the wedding to help with preparations for the reception. What I found was a mad and unnecessary dash to beat the clock, as my sister had to make a last minute purchase of 25 replacement table clothes which would need ironing… all a result of ya ya creations’ failure to ship what they promised. Now mistakes are made, it is not uncommon to order one thing and receive something entirely different, quite by accident. However, this was not a case of mistaken order identity. My sister ordered a single tablecloth in march of this year so that she could examine its quality. Because that tablecloth was in new and acceptable condition, she put in the full order. What she received appeared to be 25 used table clothes, nearly all of them stained by something appearing to be grease and possibly rust based. It was unclear as to whether the stains were the result of prior use or a problem in manufacturing and/or packaging. Ya ya creations’ mistake in shipment, lousy customer service and dishonest response was absolutely appalling. Adding to the frustration was the need to iron the replacement table clothes purchased, last minute, at various walmart stores. I personally ironed many of the replacement tablecloths until after three in the morning on the day of the wedding. Ultimately, at issue here is the despicable response of ya ya creations in their attempt to paint themselves as the victim in this case. Frankly it makes me sick, because they know how maliciously dishonest they are being, yet they have attempted to get away with it. After lodging her initial complaint with ya ya creations, my sister was told that they felt she had used them, but if she was to return them, she would be reimbursed for their cost. The fact is, of course, that she did not use them, but returned them in the same condition they arrived in. When ya ya creations received the merchandise back, they then refused to reimburse her, claiming that she had used them. This is all very interesting, because at this point they had possession of the tablecloths rendering her unable to prove to anyone their condition. So she is now out the cost of the tablecloths, $227.20 and the shipping cost of $40. Ya ya creations’ bogus claim can not be proven, and there are several witnesses that can and are attesting to the condition of the merchandise when it arrived. The bbb now has an open case with this horrible excuse for a company, and many of us will be lodging separate complaints on appropriate web pages like this one. Interestingly, there already exists on various sites, enough ammunition to alert the public, but we can not help but add fuel to the fire that will hopefully keep the consumer away from ya ya altogether. This kind of consumer abuse has risen to new heights with the advent of the internet. Precedent needs to be established, because thievery via the internet highway is no less robbery than thievery on our streets.

I, too, have found e flavor mart a dishonest and deceptive company … in both their return policy and refunds. They boast about 180 day returns but fail to tell you that it takes forever to get return calls … to get a real person … you “may” get a refund but gave limited time to use it or lose it.

I ironed for several days to get my tablecloths presentable and still had lines and creases throughout. Table runners had strings and crooked edges and cheap material.

Not a returning customer … live and learn.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever ... have used them numerous times in the past with no problems but after reading the reviews online I knew eventually i would fall to the wrath of bad customer service. Ordered flowers, tracked them online, noticed that they were no longer in transit, called UPS was informed that electronic info was the only thing they received about my shipment. Trailer made it to Canada but my shipment was not on it :( so UPS was pretty sure that my package had never even left the shipper ... contacted customer service as UPS said they need to put a trace on it since they were the sender, was told that it was customs delay, spent 20 mins on their chat system with "Sabrina" and "Crystal" only to be argued with that UPS was incorrect. I asked them numerous times to just contact UPS to make sure as my wedding is in 8 weeks so if it something more than just a customs delay then it needs to be dealt with as I cant afford the time. They flat out refused to contact them and told me I have to wait it out. No resolution what so ever and now I am to wait till whenever to see if my package magically appears. It was scheduled for delivery today and UPS says that they will not contact the sender until it has been 2 weeks and the sender says they will not contact UPS, until UPS contacts them. So now I have to make other plans for my wedding centerpieces as this was the final piece of the decorating and now will not get it in time to do the prep work I need to. I now understand why they have the worst customer services ratings ever. They just want your money, have no care about their customers.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! SUBMITTED THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINT TO BBB: Received shipment of personalized favor boxes and printing was very poor. Contacted vendor to advise, they requested photos. After three attempts, vendor acknowledged printing was bad and accorded in replacing shipment with no need to return first one. Received second shipment on 2/16/11 and immediately noticed these boxes were damaged as well. Contacted vendor and again had to send photos. After emailing photos of these damaged boxes, several hours & online chats, vendor agreed boxes were damaged. However, in order to provide a refund, they requested I ship back first and second shipment of boxes. I explained to them that since they advised me not to return first shipment, I had already disposed of these in anticipation of the new shipment. After several attempts to inquire as to why they would not replace an obvious damaged product, they kept insisting that I either return both shipments or they could do nothing. I advised I would be contacting BBB. They said I could contact who ever, ended online chat and have now blocked my server, preventing me from further communicating with them. I would have returned first shipment had they requested so and sent me a return label as I was not going to incur costs of shipping, but they said "no need to return". They list no other contact info on their site. Now all I have to show for the money I paid is damaged boxes that are unusable. Due to the lack of response, have to incur astronomical rush charges with another vendor. Resolution Sought: Refund $63. Problem Started: 2/10/ of Transaction: 2/4/ in Dispute: $63.75 Invoice Number: 547979 Complaint Type: Product Issues Product or Service: worst service. They will not provide phone number to submit complaints. They also list the BBB Reliability Program logo on their FAQ page. However, they are not affiliated or a member of the BBB. This IS false advertisement and certainly deceives consumers. From a brief internet search, there are countless complaints against this company and the other company names they conduct business through. Wish I would have seen these prior to transacting with this company.

This company is TERRIBLE! I ordered personalized ribbon for a baby shower that I am throwing and paid extra (twice) to have it rushed through the preparation process and again to have it rush shipped. When I tried to tie a bow for the purpose that it was purchased, the brown wording smeared all over the light pink ribbon. Instead, I tried tying a not, thinking that would suffice. I could not even do that without it smearing! After talking to someone on a live chat, she was very rude and told me that if I "handled the product more carefully that I should not have this problem." When I told her it was not a handling issue, but a product problem, she restated the same thing. She told me that the print was a "foil finish" and not a laser finish. I told her I didn't care what finish it was, but what good is a roll of personalized ribbon if it can't be tied?! I told her that I would like to know what my options were for returning/replacing this ribbon. (The shower is now 2 weeks away and there is not time to remake it properly) She then proceeded to tell me to call her the next day because she needed to talk with her manager. Since she would not comply with any of my requests and was extremely rude, I opened a dispute with PayPal because they will stand by their customers.

Please do not order from this company. I had a horrible experience with them. Bad customer Service, bad business. Wrong spelling, crooked printing on the name(s) no spaces in between names for personalized items.

I got a brand new debit card the second week of May 2016. I went back and reviewed my transactions like the back said and this is the only company I ordered from online, and now my number has been stolen. Had two attempted charges in two different states. DO NOT USE!

I ordered silk flowers and decorations on 15 July which I needed for a Debutante Ball on 13 August. I would have thought a month would be enough time for goods to arrive. My credit card was docked two days later and a month later the BAll is here and nothing has shown up. I contacted the company and they assure me they have shipped the goods but unfortunately can't track it so I am out of pocket by $100 for goods and $50 for shipping and I havent received the goods on time and had to buy them again. When and if they do turn up they are utterly useless to me. Don't use this company, they don't care and there is no comeback

Wow, am I the only one who has not had an issue with this company?
I have been purchasing for our event company for the past 8 years with Efavormart, and have spent around $50, 000 with them so far.
In 8 years, we have never had an issue with hundreds of shipments.
We in fact, just received a shipment today...all is good with that one too.
I don't disbelieve what people are saying here, but I have yet to have a bad experience...guess i am super lucky.

EFavorMart has absolutely no concern for their customers and has a complete disregard to customer service. I admit to making a mistake and not ordering enough tulle circles for our wedding so when the week before we were putting together favors and realized we were short, I tried going on to their live chat and they pretty much told me that oh well, that was my problem I made the mistake. If I wanted to place a new order they could ship it out and I would receive it by Friday (the day BEFORE my wedding). I said that was not enough time can they please ship it overnight. She said yeah but then the shipping charge would be $44.00. $44 for an $8 order?!?!?! I said nevermind, you are of absolutely no help and I promise to never do business with them again. There is such strong competition in the wedding favor business, you would think a company would do whatever they could to keep their customers. Word of mouth is the biggest influence on customers purchase habits.

If you are looking for wedding favors, I HIGHLY recommend http://www.favorwarehouse.com - they have a great selection, at great prices, with great customer service!

I had ordered some items from efavormart for our engagement party. Unfortunately, the packaging was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! It's really annoying because these gift items aren't presentable anymore! Now we have to spend more money trying to find something else to replace our original idea.

Learned a huge lesson and will never recommend this company to anyone. So if anyone's thinking about buying something... do yourself a favor, and put your money towards a company that will give you great quality for the price you pay!

I own a small business in Toronto, Canada and found efavormart.com while searching for cheaper products. To make the long story short, they sent me the wrong product which does not match the product photo they posted on their website. I contacted them 10 times in total via email and live chat service (they don’t have a phone number for customer services). They only responded to some of them, never clearly answered any of my questions, and kept insisting that they were right even after I sent them pictures of what they have on the website and what I received. It was talking to a brick wall. How can the first thing a customer service representative tells a client is “We sent you the right thing” without even asking for a proof or simply just asking “What is wrong”? Prpducts they sent me are no use for my business and without admitting that they sent me wrong products,

1) They offered me a refund but refused to pay for shipping
2) They changed the product photo the very next day

Guess what? I actually thought they might do that so I clipped their webpage on with the date stamped by my anti-virus program. I caught them red-handed. I can’t believe they actually changed the picture to cover up their mistake. I’ve already filed a report to the BBB and I’m looking for other legal avenues to fight them back. I am also going to contact my credit card company if there is anything they could do since this is clearly a fraud. Obviously they won’t be scamming everyone but there are many cases reported online and please do not buy from them and take a chance. They do carry cheap favours but hey, you could be the next victim of their fraud. Please do not take a chance which could possibly ruin your special day!

Save all future brides trouble. Do NOT use this site. You will get what you paid for. If you contact "customer service" (by the way the only way is through email and chat) they are EXTREMELY rude. If you stay professional, they will not use any professional writing. If you asked if they received your email, they will state you emailed wrong, although you pasted the email directly from their site. I thought this was a good way to go because I wanted an inexpensive wedding, but with all the drama and rudeness from this site... I should have paid extra for better.

I ordered over $400 in table linens from this company. When i returned from a 3 day vacation (that's right, 3 days!), I found that my shipment had been sent back to efavormart, because i wasn't there to sign for it.

When I explained to the "live help" lady, Christine, my situation, she was incredibly rude and told me it was my fault for being out of town. I told her that I never opted to have a signature requirement (and it doesn't say it anywhere on my receipt), and that the contract her company has with UPS is out of my control. I simply asked to have the package resent, and after telling me how it was my fault, they wanted to charge me $54.92. I'm requesting a full refund.

BEWARE of this company! Appalling customer service!

I sent an email to their email address to add to an order... 15 min after I placed my original one. I never received a return. I got on chat 2 days later, spoke with Sabrina. She stated I emailed wrong. I copy and pasted the email address directly from their site... how does one email wrong? Then she attempted to take my CREDIT CARD information over UNSECURED CHAT! TWICE! Credit Card information as in THE NUMBERS! I paid with paypal the first time! SCAM!

OMG! These people just won't stop. They rip me off not once but twice! I believe in the good in people and tend to forgive and forget easily but there is nothing good about this company. I ordered ivory chair covers for my wedding and when I received them, They were not ivory at all as a matter of fact they looked more white than anything else, then when I placed them on my white tablecloth I realized that they were neither white or ivory (the were in between, like an eggshell). They looked like a dirty white and I knew I wouldn't be able to match it with the linen at my venue so tried to contact efavormart/yaya creations to return them but never got anyone so I decided to ship them with a copy of my order but after a month never heard from them and still didn't get a refund. By the way, they return policy sucks and their products are of very bad quality, you cannot use their sashes twice, some of they rip as you tie them.
I think they make their money of off the 20% restocking fee + shipping both ways they charge clients who return items then they will sell the same stuff to some1 else and when that person also returns, it's another free 20% in their pocket while they still have the item and they wait for the next victim. BEWARE OF EFAVORMART/YAYA CREATIONS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Why didn't I read all these reviews before I ordered?! I ordered 30 chargers for thanksgiving and when I opened the box, all but about 5 were shattered. I guess I can forget them for Thanksgiving, but is there anyway to get my money back?

Add me to the HUGE list of suckers that dealt with these proffesional rip off artists. They are so dishonest it's unbelievable. Same rip off pattern. RUN, RUN, RUN from this mess of a company ! I had to keep the poor quality junk they sent because of the 20% restocking fee and both way shipping. They are ONE SHOT SALESMEN. They try and hook people once. YaYa - try practicing honest business and you might have repeat customers instead of and endless list of internet compaints !

I order an personalized item from this website company. They made a mistake with my shipping. i paid for 2nd day shipping which is 26.81. now the day its suppose to be delivered, it wasnt. i contacted the website stating that i have not recieved anything. when going through a run around ups stated to me that in fact that the company messed up the order. now in their policy they state that if we mess up your order that we will refund it back. unfortunately that policy was not true. please do not purchase from this website because honestly if a mistake happens they are not true to their policy. i actually am taking this to samll claims court.

I ordered white and cream silk roses from efavormart. The package was shipped, but was lost by UPS. UPS stated that the sender (efavormart) would have to file a claim for the package, that the claim had to be initiated by the sender. I contacted efavormart and asked them to file the claim and have been ignored by them. They took my money and i have nothing and they are not willing to help. Needless to say I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

eFavorMart.com/Ya Ya Creations Terrible customer service

Basically, this company 'efavormart.com' which is really 'Ya Ya Creations' has no interest in customer service and uses the fact that weddings and other such events are very emotional and uses that to their advantage when trying to explain away their inability to deliver products in a timely fashion. We ordered a number of items for a wedding and even though none of the items were personalized items, the excuse used for their inability to deliver the products was that the "Pew Clips" were customized items which according to them added an additional 7 to 10 days to the delivery. After days of vague or no response to emails, we tried using the online 'live person' chat to get the issue resolved and it was pretty much like being put on-hold without any soothing music. They refused to ship any of the other items that were "not customized" and insisted that because they had already printed the UPS shipping label (the day the order was placed) they could not. We strongly encouraged them to ship those items overnight to us as the wedding was now very close. After about 45 minutes of this very painful 'live chat' experience they finally agreed to ship the items if we would agree to 'no refund' for the already paid shipping charges and to pay an additional $143.17 in additional shipping charges for $155 worth of products. Basically they were told what they could do.

They refused to cancel the order, even though the products had not been shipped.

The reason that this company prints the shipping label the day the order is placed is so they can charge your credit card immediately rather than wait until they actually ship the product.

Our only recourse at this point is to dispute the charges with our credit card company which has been done, and to refuse the shipment, when and if UPS ever actually delivers the products which will be post wedding.

Please order from this company with caution.

I have had a negative experience with their customer service reps as well. I politely ask a simple question... apparently it's their job to act like a rude imbecile.

I have to say, when I read the above comments, I was a little nervous that I had goofed up. However, I ordered from this company and received the order w/ in 1 week, but 2 tiers of the cupcake stand I ordered were chipped, so I spoke w/ an online rep, and she said she would just ship those two tiers to me, no cost, no shipping, no questions! I was more than pleased w/ this customer service! Great job!

I ordered 8 tableclothes on April 8, 2011 and did not get them they said they were sold out until April 12, 2011
I received my order on the 20 of April they had plenty of time to get some more I want t no where is my money or my Tablecloths

Very disappointed with the product. Don't waste your money or your time! Ordered favors from them, the ribbons were mismatched, smashed, and wrinkled. When I complained, they told me that the ribbons and the boxes were free. What a load of crap!

Would not recommend this company. Should have done a little more research befor purchasing.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They are absolutely horrible to deal with. I ordered personalized satin favor bags and they arrived with smeared and uneven lettering. They did take care of the order and reprinted the bags, but the quality is still pretty poor and the lettering is still uneven (although at least not smeared this time). I also ordered 2 bolts (80 yards!) of organza fabric that came completely wrinkled and oddly stretched in some areas. I was told by one customer service rep that the wrinkles would 'fall out' of the material if I gave it time to settle after shipping - clearly wasn't going to happen but I wasn’t up for the fight that day. I tried to iron it and the wrinkles were so stubborn that I wasn’t even able to iron them out! They said that I could pay for shipping to return the bolts of fabric and pay a 20% restocking fee. I would be fine with a restocking fee had I changed my mind about the item but it was essentially a defective product! After several emails back and forth, I got an email asking me to explain my problem and provide pictures. That response was on an email chain several long in which I had already provided pictures and a very detailed explanation. Eventually the response was that they reviewed my issue and didn’t agree (or care) Bottom line, you get what you pay for with this company. I was operating on a very tight wedding budget and chose to spend my money elsewhere on the dress, food and alcohol for the guests, etc and should have just spent the money in the first place on the favor bags and fabric from a more expensive vendor. It would have saved me a lot of headache and hassle.

any company with out a telephone number will not be getting my business again. i have been back and forth with efavormart.com and ups for a while now. ups delivered items to wrong location and efavormart is refusing to contact ups. ups insists shipper of item contacts them to start a tracking of the package. so basically items are in limbo with no way to retrieve them or recieve a refund because efavormart.com's refusal to make a phone call.

I ordered some satin overlays for a wedding that is not real soon because I don't like to wait last minute. My problem is that they are too small and I am afraid to send them back because of the bad reviews and problems that other people are having with this company. I will say that my experience with them is not a promising one because I too tried to contact them on returning the product for a larger size and was not successful with talking with a live or live chat person. I decided to just keep the product and take my losses...I am an event planner so I'm sure I will be able to use the covers or add material to it to make it fit...I am sure I will not order from them anymore.

I completely agree they are absolutely awful. I am planning a wedding shower and liked the boxed roses they had. I chatted with someone online asking if I could purchase 1 sample box to see if I like the product and if the soaps are scented. It took me 20 minutes to get 2 answers from them. They would not allow me to purchase a sample so i spent $15.00 and purchased the 10 boxes that was the min order. The shipping was fast, I opened the boxes and tried out one of the soaps. Mind you they are petal soaps so your supposed to tear off a petal and wash your hands and it dissolves. It left a residue once the petal was disolved and i had to scrub my hands to get the rest off. It was so bad my daughter asked me if I was playing with markers. If I didn't test it imagine if I gave it as a favor (total humiliation). That same night I emailed the company and told them howe very dissapointed I was with the product and they should compensate me. The rep told me that the soaps are mainly decorative and no where on the website does it say they are for washing and they will not compensate me. I did reply back and their description doesn't even say they are decorative with a few other choice words. I still haven't heard back and I am sure at this point I will not. Their customer service reps are very awful and uninformative and I would never reccomend this company to anyone. They are very dishonest and this is their way of making money by cheating people. They should be out of business. I am sorry for Ariana who ordered the silk roses and was highly dissapointed, I know next time i will do a review research before I purchase and any company that doesn't offer samples is no good.

I did my whole wedding online - no issues, from David's Bridal to Nashville wraps - everyone was great til I got to efavormart. This website is a joke! Order whatever you want - they will send you whatever THEY want, and then tell you nothing is returnable, and offer you a 15% rebate to accept the undesired merchandise. This is the first merchant I have EVER stopped a credit card payment on - they are the worst of the worst! I have to send documentation to VISA to stop them from paying this merchant, so I decided to send the info to the Attorney General's office in my state, too!

I ordered wedding ribbon from this company. Three weeks later, I was still waiting for my order. They have no number to call, I had several unanswered emails. The site had a live (I use that term loosely) chat operator, Josephine. She tried to double talk me, first it was in printing because they made an error, then she changed the story to say it was shipped. She didn't know when but it was lately according to her.

I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered. I had no idea a $15.00 spool of ribbon would cause so much grief. And now I don't have it for the shower this week-end. Very, very disappointed.

i paid $185 for a backdrop stand and only received two base heavy metal and thats about it, never received my order in full, emailed them few times and never got any respond, complete scam, don't waist your money, please read their reviews before you spend, very upsetting they let some people freely scam us.

Had no problem with my order, only that I ordered 3" table skirt clips and needed 2" table skirt clips. But that would be my fault. Other than that I could not find table skirts for any less than I paid for and if I went through my usual purveyors it would have cost me 5 times more for the same skirt.
Most of the complaints I hear are from Brides, not professional caterers, so I wonder who is at fault. Either way they did a good job for me I highly recommend them.

I order some carnation flowers from this site wanted lavender and picture showed lavender and they sent pinkish red not lavender or no where in the purple family contact the on line chat the rept was very rude and basically said I can return but I will be hit with a 20% restocking fee... not to mention the flower are miniature size... stated they do not have a phone number to contact them...

Efavormart has just been banned from my supplier list. I ordered Royal Blue Jelly Filler balls for centerpieces, two months before my event to make sure I received them in time. The Sat. before I started to fill my vases and realize they shipped me PURPLE fillers, my color theme is BLUE! I contact customer service 1st thing on Monday morning and there solution is to give me a 25% discount to replace the fillers that they messed up on shipping to me in the 1st place. Lousy customer service! Don't waste your time or money on this company. Wish I would have read these reviews before hand...I would never have taken the chance to order from them!

I wish I had researched this company before ordering. Please do not do business with the group. You will be disappointed. They do not respond to issues. The items that I received in the mail were damaged and I have not received replacement items. They are not reputable. AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

For every comment on this page, I would like to ask each and every user: Do you go out of your way to write a good review about every restaurant or company every single time they do a good job? No, you don't, most people ONLY write reviews when they have a bad experience, including me. However, I have been doing business with eFavormart for over 4 years now and I am a wedding promoter/planner and I must write this review so that future buyers do not only listen to a bunch of biased upset customer's reviews. I work in Maryland so you can imagine I am always on tight shipping times and need a reliable business to get my products on time for my clients. eFavormart is not only always very efficient with their shipping time, the few times that they have made mistakes (items out of stock, or broken pieces) they immediately respond and either send me out replacements or send me refunds. Most of the reviews I've read on here sound valid, however future buyers should realize that these are only bad reviews. Obviously there are thousands of good reviews for these terrible reviews, otherwise this company would not still be open and getting me all my packages in an orderly and timely manner.

Save all future brides trouble. Do NOT use this site. You will get what you paid for. If you contact "customer service" (by the way the only way is through email and chat) they are EXTREMELY rude. If you stay professional, they will not use any professional writing. If you asked if they received your email, they will state you emailed wrong, although you pasted the email directly from their site. I thought this was a good way to go because I wanted an inexpensive wedding, but with all the drama and rudeness from this site... I should have paid extra for better.
