Edible Arrangements / customer service
I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my mom on Valentine's Day via the edible arrangements website. My mother never received the delivery. I called the local store in Baton Rouge, La on Corporate Blvd. several times within a two day span only to receive a busy signal or a message stating that the store was closed and would reopen the next day. I've also called the corporate office, but was placed on hold with no one ever answering the phone. I am beyond irate with the quality of customer service and I'm demanding a full refund.
