I contacted you by phone last month when you took an unauthorized payment of $29.95 out of my checking account, and was told that you would immediately cancel the subscription. Yesterday, you took another unauthorized payment of $29.95 out of my checking account. You're really lucky that I live in Tx. now instead of Minnesota, because I would be there ready to wring someone's neck for this unauthorized action once again! Once I find your phone number again, I pity the fool that takes my call, because it won't be one you will soon forget! As a matter of fact, it will be one of the best recorded customer service calls, that you can use to teach the furture idiots you hire, about how to handle an extremely irate gentleman, who promises to make the reps ears burn, and they will probably have no self esteem when I am done chewing there ### out up one side and down the other for their complete incompetence, and I hope it get's to the highest level of your LOW LEVEL MANANGMENT!

Swreg Unauthorized credit card charge

Three separate charges appeared on my online bank statement this weekend, each from cardquery.com/dri*swreg. I don't know who they are and have made no purchases that correspond to those amounts from anyone.

I googled the name and found all kinds of similar complaints throughout the US and Brittain.

Swreg SCAM

I have been trying to contact this company since 8/26/08 for a refund of $47 I paid for some computer software...they will not respond and there is not a phone number anywhere to be found to contact them! I just want my $47 back!

Scam-
Sold Loan Amortizer Software online and took our money! Never got the software...Cant get a hold of anyone on the phone, through emails or through the website. Fax and a phone number have been disconnected! DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH SWREG Inc., ConsultCommerce, or LoanAmortizer, they are all connected!

I purchased $89.90 worth of software and it would not download. I just got my bank statement and they've charged me $89.90 FOUR times on my Master Card. THEY ARE FREAKIN THEIVES! STAY AWAY! LET'S ALL TURN THEM IN AND SUE FOR FRAUD!

For those having problems with SWReg(Digital River), make your payments using PAyPal. At least you will have a way of getting your money back. PayPay will work with you in getting your refund. When using a credit or bank debit card, (Not prepaid) they will also work with you to get your money back. That company is a complete scammer. Their support page is virtually useless because you won't get a response from them. The FTC should shut them down for their fraudulent manner of doing business. If enough consumers make complaints about them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission-Consumer Protection) I'm sure that they'll be fined and or charged with fraudulent practices.

This company also advertises itself as helping students with their dissertations/coursework by using this website http://www.professionaldissertationhelp.co.uk
They are fraudsters and they need to be stopped. They recently took my money for a service they never provided to me. They said that I will get my dissertation ready on time but I received none despite the fact that I have paid them decent money. Where is FBI? catch these fraudsters please before its too late.

It is my belief that SWReg works with the providers to get your money and keep it. This is either fraud and or conspiracy to defraud as many people as possible. The state of Minnesota''s Attorney General would like to know about such activities, but unless we inform them, there won't be a thing done about them. Contact the Minnesota attorney Generals Office, Lori Swanson. Just go to the states website and file a formal complaint. Heck, even the Better Business Bureau gives them an "A+" rating. But contact and make a complaint with them also. They will help as much as they can.

See first of all John from Swreg is himself a fraud, i bought 2 softwares from Alstrasoft and both are not responding and i have not got my money back yet, but swreg replied that they are going to send an email to Alstrasoft and then will work with them to get ur money back within 2 days, lets see, both are scams and hard earned mney is gone for buggers and ### mouth. all softwares who are with Swreg is completely scam and they are not intererested to pay the money, i have filed a case via my lawyers and this time they both cannot go out of this.. i will hunt this alstrasoft to India, i have many people in that area we will see how he will get out of it.. i need my money.

I made a purchase from a SWREG business, http://www.htcsimunlock.com/, paid the money didn't get the code, didn't get the refund.

I spoke to a few customer service people at SWREG and Digital River, my purchase number was recognised by all. All the staff I spoke to are powerless.

If you are having problems, and if you are prepared to be nice call Linda, she is a senior receptionist at Digital River which is the main company and has all the emails and contacts you would need. I got to her by accident on [protected], she was very helpful, understanding and put me through to a senior manager and gave me an email of a someone relevant and important if I got nowhere. Because I had already opened a dispute in PayPal the money was held, that is not in Digital River hands, the senior manager told me she was not able to make the refund. So rather than get into a stink with her I decided to wait it out to see if I got a refund through PayPal.

Fortunately I managed to get a refund through PayPal because SWREG didn't make a comment during the dispute (one is not covered for digital purchases in PayPal, unless the seller doesn't comment in a dispute, this is a very small loop hole one shouldn't rely on). So I didn't need to go back to Linda or email the important person.

Spread my experience if you want.

I bought Magiciso for $35 via SWREG Degital River. Magiciso sent me a link to download their product and included was a TEMPORARY key to unlock it... together with a text file saying they would email me the full key in a 'latish email'. That was more than 20 days ago. I still have not received the proper key. I have sent numerous emails to both SWREH and to Magiciso. This morning I called SWREG number [protected] and spoke with Grace who said they do not handle support queries for SWREG, and suggested I email to info@swreg.org which I will do so this morning. from the sound of it PayPal do not provide refunds, but I intend to contact them as well. The only other option I have is to attempt to process a Mastercard chargeback thru my credit card company to paypal. Here is the other related info on this company:

Swreg deceptive business practices

This company limits your use of paid software through forcing Internet connections to websites. This is not disclosed during purchase or if it is, you must read very carefully to try to find it. It is not clearly disclosed.

If you do not (or cannot) connect to their sites, the software will inform you to try again later and will close.

In addition, They count the number of times you have reinstalled it and I was denied reinstallation on my 2nd reinstall after a hard drive failure.

My reasons for reinstalling were legitimate and I have used the software on only one computer and have never given away or even sold my copy.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience.

I would strongly advise avoiding their products.

Please let me add that Mr. Moore appears to be a great "Smoozer". His websites sing a great song but I now feel it is a cover up. Please do your research before dealing with this firm / individual.

I purchased your Raikov Effect and Listen Along Audio’s. I have requested a full refund, as per your refund policy, by emailing awesome@inspire3.com and support@raikov.com.

I haven not heard back and it’s been over 48 hours. I want to return both of these products for a full refund, and if I do not get my money back, I will take subsequent steps.

I have found similar reviews that echo my experience with Inspire3, such as:

Your return policy clearly states one year, money back guarantee. I knew pretty much right away this wasn’t what I wanted, and emailed as such. And have heard absolutely nothing back from your “inspiring” company.

Every single time we've heard of a complaint regarding this, it's been because our customer hasn't received our reply, usually where we ask to verify details for the refund. It sounds as though this may be the case here.

Oh the same old cut & paste "we're here to help you" messages from "Alan" or Karl Moore. They're here to scam you a few bucks at a time, knowing you won't do anything. Then they play stupid and innocent. I was stupid enough to purchase from one of his websites, instead of receiving the product i purchased, i received a cd-rom littered with trojan viruses in the executables and all PDFs were locked, with no passcode given.

A few days later my Bank contacts me saying my account has been compromised and they've put a fraud alert on it. My transaction with Karl Moore was the last transaction i made with that card and hadn't used it for several weeks.

I've contacted law enforcement in the UK and customs, I hope all of you will do the same. This sociopath needs to be put behind bars with the rest of his kind.

I helped to found the original WCCL Network, however have no longer been involved with the company since 2010.

It's very unfortunate that the support seems to have gone downhill based on your comments.

I'd suggest you contact them direct through their support site at http://myhelphub.com/ or -- as you say -- complain using your statutory rights.

If I were in charge here, I would get everything sorted for you.

I have opened a ticket at myhelphub.com and got 0 response. I have been trying to call the phone number provided [protected] and still no response. I have been trying to get a writing program that I downloaded to open. I cannot redo the download because of your limits on the number of tries. I have been trying to get someone at myhelphub to help for six days. I cannot not get through to a person and can not get any responses to the help tickets. If you are indeed the site manager please open ticket 4297427 and respond. Thank you.

Awe, Jimmy85, that's cute that you are defending this/ your scam company. Of course I say that only because of how personally engaged you became for no apparent reason. You don't mention which products you had purchased, which leads me to believe you are the company trying to discredit someone trying to discredit you. I purchased the NLP Audio CD, it arrived 12 weeks later, I returned it the same day, sent the confirmation to the company along with tracking, and it's been almost 9 months with no refund. Try again Jimmy, you are the sham. Everytime I email them, its the same story, sorry, nothing we can do about it. I am calling my credit card company and reporting fraud, so there you go. This company is a scam, you are a scam. Have a lovely day.

Instant-hypnosis.com is operated by a bunch of ### scammers. They promise a money back guarantee if not satisfied...DON"T BELIEVE IT! They will NOT refund your money and the products are utterly worthless. Caveat Emptor!

I have bought a few products from them over the years and never had any problems using or reinstalling to my new PCs. You didn't say that you emailed the company to ask if they would reset your license (if your story is true) or . . . maybe you are ticked off because you can't use your pirated software?

Also, your personal smear comment about the guy reveals that you're story is BS and you are probably a competitor trying to discredit them.

I purchased iskysoft to bring my home movies to iMovie, on my MAC. When I tried to use it, an error message came up, saying it was not supported. I tried to use their "live chat" but no one was there, so I sent an email asking for help. The following day, they sent an email saying I needed to upgrade to a different software, and wanted MORE money! Now they refuse to refund my purchase price. Their customer service is awful, they barely speak English. No satisfaction at all, even though they post online 100% satisfaction. AVOID wasting your money with these people!

I ordered on 2/2/13 the 4680 open cloner which I have an order #U5155818101 .I was prompted to go to http://www.dvd-cloner.com/download.html but this site would not appear on any page that I sifted through.It said to click on the above and click on register.I could not locate the word register or the words 4680 open cloner.It seems that this company has a bad reputation.I will ask them to send my order or credit my account...Carmen Di Julio

My Order U5137901801: This came out of the blue and is supposedly a recurring order, 67.33 GBP with a 13.47 British Tax added. No idea why I should be charged British tax since I'm not British and don't live there. They never responded to letters until this last one which just told me to contact cardquery.com, asking me to repeat all my information plus credit card and ID. I suspect it is a continuation of their first scam which was a FREE offer which didn't turn out to be free. Didn't get a receipt or supposed download for that one. Was just so easy for them. It was not called SWREG Inc. on that occasion, and neither was this one. This time it had a .org site. I'm grateful to the person who set this up. Pity I hadn't come across this sooner.

I purchased BMW Navigation DVD that was software for the unit and maps also in same disc. I should have known better. No receipt of disc and no response from emails. Currently in dispute process with PayPal. Hope to get refunded when is done. Complete thieves apparently from what is seen posted all over the internet. Wish I would have been smarter. Their link was sponsored link I believe was from ebay. Plenty of blame to spread around since people let them post ads. BS!
