I was seeing this dentist for implants. I have had about 5 implants and two had come out. I fixed one again from the very beginning and the cost was getting very extreme. The dentist was also very demanding with money and expected all her money upfront and I always complied. When my second implant came out of my mouth in one piece scew and all, I called again and this time was questioning her work. I saved the tooth with the screw and to my surprise she said we must begin all over again with a brand new implant. This was now the second time. I asked why we could not use the tooth that came out as it was whole and in good condition. She never explained but just abruptly said it was not good anymore. I was told it came out because I needed a bone grafting. I was under the impression that I had bone grafting before she gave me the implants and paid for them as well. When I asked her this, she did not respond and I asked three times before she finally said, "NOT ON THIS TOOTH.". She set up an appointment for a bone grafting but I was now in deep mistrust of her. She told me she would charge me $400 which I felt she should not even have charged me at all as she knew I had bone trouble and this is the reason for the implants. I showed for my appointment and as I said, I always paid for my work on the day of in cash and there were times, before she made an order for a special crown, I was asked for the money in advance. One time the procedure was $100 more than what she told me but at that time, I had only the amount she gave me before arriving and she was really annoyed and almost did not want to order the special crown. On the day I showed for my grafting, I sat in her chair and her assistant put an apron on me and the dentist came in and I questioned her as to what happens next. She told me that after today when the bone grafting was finished, I would return next week for suture removal and then wait for 6 months to start another implant. She then asked me if I brought my $400 dollars and I said I will pay you next week when I have the suture removal. She abruptly removed the dental apron around me and told me she will not do the procedure. I was so offended as I never had a zero balance with her and have paid her thousands of dollars. She was so unprofessional and crude. I looked up her review on yelp and sure enough there were other similar complaints where people felt if they did not pay her right away they would be locked in the office. I would like to report her for the way she is conducting her business and also I was told that she knew i needed bone grafting and did not do that first before an implant and could not even respond when I asked her if she did bone grafting as she told me I had bone grafting on all the teeth.
