Raffi M. Manjikian review: He stole my money

Raffi M. Manjikian contacted me at a Town of Belmont meeting. He indicated that he could invest my money in a little to no risk investment fund. Raffi told me he is a nice Armenian guy who is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial operations, corporate compliance, HR, and vendor relations. Having spent more than 20 years in senior management roles, Raffi is the Chief Operating Officer at Interval Data Systems, Inc. located at 135 Beaver Street, Waltham, MA 02452. He reports directly to CEO. Prior to joining IDS, Raffi was president and COO of AdvantaCare, Inc., a JCAHO software vendor that was acquired privately in 2003. Previously, he was the director at several prestigious university based healthcare programs in Boston. Raffi is a graduate of Drake, Harvard, and Boston University. Obviously, Raffi is very successful. He lives at 12 Pearl St, Belmont, MA, [protected]. Raffi also owns a lot of real state as well, Lexington, MA. He owns S.M. Realty Management.
Boy was I fooled out of thousands! I trusted Raffi M. Manjikian to do what he promised. He works for The Town of Belmont. He is an official. Unfortunately, he took my money but never invested it. He won't give it back either. Despite numerous phone calls to [protected], [protected], [protected], he won't take my call or respond. The story gets better.
Raffi M. Manjikian works for The Town of Belmont as Board / Committee Planning Board. His responsibilities are Capital Budget Committee.

He is a fraud and should be dealt with by the authorities. Beware of his solicitations. Don't give him any money!
