I am currently working at Dicks Sporting Goods. I would like to complain about one of the managers there. His name is Dave Endres. The reason why I'm complaining about him is because, I don't think he's following the procedures well as a Manager. There are some days that he comes in late while the workers are outside of the building waiting for him to come open the door. He has fired an woman with disabilities, and he was the one who hired her and was already aware that she had the disability. Also some of the female workers thinks of him as a pervert, and a womanizer. He has done a lot while working there, this is just the minor things he has done. He is also making workers paint and remodel the restrooms because he doesn't want to hire a contractor to do it.

Dick sporting Goods has a deceptive shipping policy. It sells a product online and tells you it will be delivered in 3-5 days? Remember, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". They suckered me and I'm going camping next week so I took the bait - especially when they notified me that it was "located in stock" .
Which is their way of saying they found it on Google. Now, here it is - 4 days later and it still hasnt even shipped! But they've " located it in stock"!
