This guy is the worst attorney ever, he's never available, you pretty much stuck with talking to his secretary only who is not even a paralegal and very incompetent in regards to the law. His whole goal is to get a retainer out of you and then do minimal work as possible. When you finally get in contact with him you feel like he's rushing you of the phone (no patience). He does not give you an itemized bill, hitting you up at the end with a huge bill (unprofessional). Constantly forgets to send you important email regarding your case, I can go on and on about this guy. If you are reading this consider yourself warned, he's horrible. Do not let his 23 years experience fool you, he's a flat out liar but then again what do you expect from a lawyer

This guy has been my attorney for over a year now. I’m a single mom, I found him at a legal program that offers accessible attorneys for low income families. I asked him several Times for when my bill got to $1.500 if he could sent it to me cause it wasn’t realistic paying more then that at once. The father of my children dissapeared with the kids for 3 months during the pandemic and Mr Friedman’s excuse was “it’s a pandemic, courts aren’t open” meanwhile everyone was carrying on with their court schedule when it came to time sharing for Minor children. I finally took a bone and after 92 days without seeing my children I got 30 days “make up time”. mr Freedman then billed me a $4.000 dollar bill(mind you during a pandemic when he knows I’m a bartender and bars were closed down). I was able to pay $2000 of the $4000 he requested and when I asked you to go to court ( which we have only been to once in 16 months) hand he filed the wrong motion so we failed miserably, he decided to withdraw from the case. So basically took my money and dipped. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BAR association because this man doesn’t deserve to be called an “attorney “. He doesn’t honor the views he took. I hope nobody else falls for this scam artist.
