You should really close this location, so many drug store in the neighborhood that have merchandise to but, in this store 90 per cent of the time shelves are empty, the management is a disgrace, that namham could not manage a child's toy chest, even though this location is on my corner, I am done been trying to get something here or get a bit of customer service. You email 40 per cent weekly, but you can never use because there is no merchandise and when you do there is some [censored] about buying 2, save your company time and close this cesspool
Desired outcome: how about stocking shelves with goods and geeing management that can manage, not some idiot, who does not have a clue how to manage

To Whom It May Concern:
May I start off with the the staff is always friendly and polite. The store is out of stock with many things. The selves and make up department is not neatly presented. Selves through out the store are stocked enough as the eye can see. If requesting if a product is in stock in the back, 9 out of 10 it is not. Granted, if the item in question happens to be on sale, it is great to get a rain check. Often enough many items are not stock . I feel certain parts of the store could be kept neater. When I go to the CVS on Steinway, I am VERY impressed . everything is in stock and kept neat. Each isle is in order and well stocked. I have been a shopper at CVS for many years. This CVS by far is not organized. I hope this situation can get cleared up. Having to go to CVS not in my area because of this reason is upsetting but too many times I have been disappointed.
