Current Boutique / A very strange representative...
In the beginning of November, I ordered Kate Spade - Blue Drop Gem Necklace and it arrived damaged.
The customer service behaved like crap and blamed me for this. They claimed I damaged the necklace on purpose in order to get a reward. And then this guy just hung up on me.
What? Are you on drugs or what?
What kind of rewards? Even if you really have something like this on your website, I have no idea about it. Your representatives act like little children and don't want to help and to take any kind of responsibility for a very usual issue.
Hire normal healthy people, please.
