My mother has been on the phone for hours with a clueless representative trying to CHANGE A SIMPLE PASSWORD for our account because it is not working. This is ridiculous. Love the company HATE this poor customer service! The woman is clueless and has continuously pointed her in the wrong direction. All to change a password to an account. She is horrible.

    Your mother may want to ask for a supervisor or a different representative if she feels that she is being misguided.
