Costway / refunds for broken or defective items received

I ordered a desk that was broken upon arrival. The broken area is detrimental to the stability of the desk. I emailed for a return and refund. That was a week ago. I finally got a response this morning. The email offers me a $20 refund and asks me to keep the broken item. $20??? For a broken desk I paid $120 for?? I want the full refund and to be rid of this paper desk... Full refund per policy... I wonder if costway is up to a class action lawsuit. There seem to be many unhappy customers regarding broken items and no refunds.

    Very bad company over all. How come they don't provide direct contact phone number for USA customers?
    Every other company out there big or small have working customer service number but COSTWAY don't.
    I guess because they know their quality of merchandise.
