I had the account, but due to negative balance I closed it. I called to the bank and informed that I would return the whole sum, but they hired Convergence Receivables LC. This company immediately started to charge me for large sums of interests. I received the garnishment papers from them, and it stated that I owed $1, 580. After 2 years I got the same papers, but the sum was too high. I think that they have scammed within all these years.
I receive a letter today and it is quit obvious it a damn scam! seriously I have never thought that people could have the nerve to ever send this. it is wrong especially to people that have paid and then the company changed their number "the number you are calling has been changed or disconnected" now come on people don't fall for these people please everyone! it is a fake comany and if you get a letter check your court view in your town and then you will see once you type your name in and nothing apears! promise I just did it! I just got it today in the maail and the signatures are fake! these people think they are going to scam me... lmfao I don't fall for this [censor] ever. I always look up things before I ever pay which is very seldom! just wanted to add this is I have been divorced for 10 years and now they wrote me this letter in my maiden name! hummmm that shows me this is a scam as well!
Please everyone do not fall for this, it is not a real company at all they want to steal your money and then they change their number! sorry everyone I ahve done my research and I have found out everything about these scammers!
