Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings / cash out issues

I have continued to write e-mails to Chumba thru there portal
Days go by and and no response. When they do respond it a song and dance of why they will not cash me out stating terms and conditions.
Additionally I have cash out with out with no issue in the past.
One my several request for response
"As stated earlier in my request you refer to terms and conditions. Nowhere in the terms and conditions does it state that two people in the same household can hold two different accounts with the same address.
All payments to Chumba were paid by two different accounts and we both have two different log ins."

My account has no bearing on the wife's. She has had to submit her ID thought his portal on a separate ticket as he does no have the original register e-mail.
This has been going back in forth since March 4th

All want is the cash out ...I never go on the site again.
We have done everything that have requested and still no result
