not receiving product placed online
I placed a order on 11/26/18. I received a email 12/4/18 stating the order has shipped and i will received the package the next day. It is now 12/10/18 and i have NOT received what I ordered and I cant get through to customer service, after calling daily and getting hung up on. This is my second time sending a complaint through email which no one from Children's Place has yet to acknowledge.

I ordered items online on 19/11/2018, and the items didn't come. Tracking showing today items went back to sender. I rang customer service was on the phone over an hour and they wont give me my money back.Over $100 worth. I received terrible customer service even when I was passed onto supervisor in charge for this evening (06/12/18). She said its not they're protacol to give a refund until they receive paxlage back. I didn't receive my items, I didn't return the package. Not my fault therefore it's only fair I get my money back. I will never buy an item out of this place again and everyone I know who dhops there will be hearing about the customer service of this place.
shipping package has not arrived & i’ve been charged
I placed a order on 11/22/18 with the amount of $141.56 . My package was supposed to arrive on 11/27/18 but it never came due to missing apartment. I've contacted customer service but I couldn't get a hold of a representative all they did was hang up my calls I emailed them and still haven't received a response my package is missing and I've been charged for something that's not in my possession.
online merchandises
Hi I have been a customer for awhile now with Children's Place. I purchased my merchandise on line and also in store, never had a complaint but the last two years products that are offered online stated that it's available but then once I purchased them it's not available . Why is it telling me available then not available 2 days later. I purchased them and did a Express shipment and didn't get the merchandise that I want and I can't never get a hold of anymore for customer service. I get recorded message saying high call volume the last 3 days and please update the merchandise every hour or so because it's consider false advertisement for not having the merchandise it states that it has online.
cancellation of order and my money not reimbursed!!!
I made an order of $901.87 to be exact on the black friday sales the order number was [protected] soon after I got another email telling me the order was cancelled. I got through to customer service they said they didn't take any money what a blatant lie!
Up to lastnight the money was missing from my account I want my money to be reimbursed now!

I placed a order on 11/22/18 with the amount of $141.56 I still haven’t received my package, the carrier says it’s missing my apartment number I’ve been charged on my card already & I haven’t been able to speak to a representative. I kept calling customer service and all they do is hang up on my calls I’m surprised you even got in contact with them . I hope your issue is resolved I thought I was the only person going through this .
$1 hats, gloves, scarves
The $1 deal was a weekend doorbuster and the Augusta Mall location NEVER received any. It's getting cold out and I was ready to buy a good number because of the amount of children in my household (I took in a homeless family with 5 children). I'm upset because now the deal is over and I have to go elsewhere which is an inconvenience. I love the children's place and I've told plenty of people about it seeing I have 5 children myself. The prices are good with plenty of product. I was able to manage the horrible customer service but to advertise something and never get it was an edge pusher.

I placed an online order on 11/30 at 3:24pm for 10 toodler shirts with a total of 30 dollars. when I went to check my order status today it says that my order was cancelled I did not cancel this order so why was it cancelled and my money was not returned. I have been trying to call customer service but they keep hanging up I can stress enough how pissed paying customers get when a million dollar COMPANY can not be reached by phone. I would like a FULL REFUND ASAP

I'm only seasonal but I got a text message from a employee saying that Shannon Gwen & Jessica are starting a rumor about me saying that I steal clothes because it looks like I need it and how I don't do a good job at work that's defamations of character I feel uncomfortable at tia work place I don't know why they trying to push me out because I come to work to do my job customers even complaining about the managers being rude and how they are very unprofessional I will like to get a transfer so I can finish my seasonal job I have a text messages stating a rumor is being passed around at work

My son lost his shoe we couldn't find it all the staff their was being rude they wouldn't help me and they put me out the store and said if they find it they going throw it away this was at children's place in mondawmin mall something needs to be done they are very unprofessional and don't need to be working their o shop their all the time and it's always like that

I have a few problems. First off, I've bought plenty of items for years. It's very shocking that I'm having so many problems with my recent purchases. I do have photos to show too as well. I bought a jacket online and to be picked up at the store (San Marcos location). I ordered it at 8am on November 15 and waited till about afternoon to receive any emails about it. NOTHING! I called the store the next day at 11:40am to see what's going on. The girl told me, that they cancelled my order since they didn't have it. I asked about any emails about it and she said that the manager said " It's not her problem or issue on me getting emails". That's totally rude and for a manager to tell a customer that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Surprising, I receive a email at 11:43 stating that they cancelled my order! It's very sad I had to call and ask for item. If I didn't I would be still be waiting. My order was #[protected].
did not receive items I ordered or a refund its been two weeks
I placed an order and 5 of the items were missing from my order when I received it. I have sent several emails as well as made several phone calls and not one of the customer service associates or anybody from the "escalation" team can provide any assistance other than " Ma'am we have sent this over to our warehouse to see if the items have been shipped yet and it could take up to ten days to find out". Nope wrong answer guys. NOBODY can transfer me nor can they get someone in management on the phone. I just need my 5 items shipped over night delivery ( It's possible it does exist ) and someone that works for them can make it happen. I do not recommend this place for ANYTHING. They haven't even offered me a refund or any kind of compensation for there screw up that still hasn't been fixed
exchange policy
My son was given 7 items as a gift. The items were graphic T-shirt's and sweat pants in size 3t. Unfortunately the gift did not come with a gift receipt. When I went to the store to an attempted to exchange the items for size I was told that because they no longer carry the items I was unable to exchange them. I was told that I could not get anything other than what was purchased and that nothing else could be done in this matter. I am now stuck with $65 in merchandise that my son can not fit.

The store clerk who worked tonight (Sat 10/21) was very rude. I left the line to check to see if they had an item that was located alongside the register in the size I needed but my mom and daughter remained in line with the item I was purchasing. I was literally gone about 45 seconds but when I got back and waited for the woman to finish ahead of me the sales clerk said she was taking the people behind me
because I " was bouncing around". I never lost my spot because my mom and daughter remained in line and I was gone for less than a minute and back before I was up next. That was so rude and completely unprofessional. The people behind me had gotten in line way after Me and they had several items where I had only one. I put my item back as I could no longer purchase anything from this store and will tell everyone I know to avoid this store also. That woman needs proper customer service training .
That is not all my stupid idiotic mother and daughter said that I was gone for more than 45 seconds, that it was at last five minutes. Even if that is the case they had no right letting that idiot behind me go ahead, and since I was first, she should have stopped the transaction and went with my ONE item. I had to hit my daughter and make her cry by not buying her the birthday gift I promised her.

Throw the whole Children's Place Company Away...this store needs to get customer service reps via the phone that actually understand English communication...just because you can speak English does not mean that you thoroughly understand the language. Likewise, staff in the store are also terrible and give out false information all of the time...they fabricate about holding items and then they are miraculously not there after traveling 40 minutes to get to it and let me not get started on use of rewards...if you use them and need to return an item consider them lost (the store will not refund the value). Staff at most cp stores take returns so personal and even seek ways to avoid making returns. Long story short, I am done with this place. I am paying off my computer credit card, using my rewards and never patronizing them again. Do better cp. Your customer service reps are really pitiful!

Not fair for people buying stuff from online. People buying stuff from online gets about 35 days because it's 45 days from a order date while buying from local stores get 45 days. Why there is a difference?
Children's Place take about 2 - 4 days to ship item and takes another 7 days to get delivered. Online shoppers lose about 15 days .
They should have return policy from the date of delivered because sometime parcel gets lost and it's fair for those online shoppers.
about safety
I went to your store last nigth with my twins age of 4 we was walking trough the store when one of my babies hit her head with the corner of the table that you used for folding clotes .one of you associate put all this table in the middle of the entry it is not safety so my babie start to cry and your associate never asking to me if my babie was ok or if i need something or said im sorry bc was her fault to have this tables there she was disrespected person and of course i puched all this tables to the corner i was so mad i can believe you have this kind of perso. working there they dont care about safety or about customers i never will go to this store again and thanks god my babie is ok i almost call the police but i didnt bc my babie was scarie about this place . please give a good

So your child (not a baby, they are 4 years old) walked into a table and this is the fault of the store how? They didn't push that table into the child. How is it any different than if your child had walked into a display? It wasn't the store's fault, it was simply an accident.
order went to wrong address
Order # [protected] was placed 9/19/18 for the amount of $57.32. My previous order was sent to my new home but after that the shipping address defaulted back to an old one. Instead of coming to fresno ca it went to Stockton ca. I have no way of getting back out there and no way to retrieve my package ordered for my children. I spome with a rep who ended up hanging up on me. She only told me the package was delivered but nothing could be done ao im basically out of the money. This is extremely disappointing as i order and shop with this brand for years. I as a customer have been let down and will choose future wise to shop elsewhere. I hope that in the future your company can treat customers a little better when it comes to good customer service.
unicorn pink sweater
I just bought a sweater for my daughter and she wore it once and it has a big hole at the bottom in the front. This is unacceptable when I buy new clothes and this happens. I feel like something should happen to help me with this issue. This company is supposed to have good quality clothes because you pay enough. Holes after one time shouldn't happen.

On September 22, 2017 around 12ish pm, me and my son were in the store shopping for a birthday gift. We were accompanied by my 2 sister in laws as they werr shopping as well. When we walked in no one greeted us, We were at the strore looking at the deals they had. But we didnt find what we were looking for so we decided to head out. On our way out i noticed that there was a rounder EMPTY and just in the middle of all clothing racks. It was a rounder with a big heavy wood where the price tags go on. As we were walking out, my son decided to hang off it as he was walking out and the whole rounder with the heavy wood on top fell on him causing him to hit the floor. When he fell he hit another wood shelf that had head bands and purses i belive. And then all of a sudden the rounder came down and fell on his face. One of my sister in laws tried to prevent from the rounder from falling on him (since we were just right next to him) but she wasn't fast enough. After i picked up my son he was bleeding so much. His nose looked like it had fractured. NO EMPLOYEES ran to come help or ask if we were ok. It was very unprofesseional from their part. My sister in law yelled we need napkins and one of the employees called synthia, ran and brought us napkims to wipe my sons blood. The other employee called lily just stood there pointing to the back for paper. She took no accident report or asked if my son was ok. She literally just stood there ringing up a client, didnt bother to see if we were ok or need anything. I absolutely dont think there should be an Empty rounders that are pretty flimsy in the middle of the store as any other kid could literally bump into it and it could fall on someone. I ran to to the hospital to find that my son had a head injury and nose fracture. Im VERY upset how unprofessional your stores team players work. To my understanding, when there is an accident it is the employees job to check if the costumer is ok and if we need anything and take an injury report. Everytime im in atorethe employess lily looks very miserable working and doesnt offer to help or greet. I am a loyal costumer who has spent so much money reportedly of times for over 7 years. But with the costumer service that store has at the moment, i feel like i need to start looking somewhere else. Thanks for your time.
order cancellations
I have placed a total of 3 orders online just this week alone and each and every one of them have been cancelled for no apparent reason whatsoever. I have been a regular customer up until now and had not had any issues, so this is odd. I have spent upwards of 30 minutes on hold for customer service, only to get a rep who speaks poor English and has has zero understanding of how to help me. I have also emailed customer service twice and am not getting any response on this issue. Furthermore, I spent nearly $200 in store and received Place Cash (which is a joke by the way) which I have used towards all 3 of these orders and am now not receiving credit for after the cancellations.
Maybe these people have lots of money and don't need customers such as myself but I think it is a shame that no one even has the decency to respond or try to resolve the issues of loyal customers.
We have had a $1, 000, 90-item order made with the Children's Place credit card CANCELLED TWICE over three days. The first order cancelled on Saturday. We called on Sunday after the Saturday cancellation. Customer Service said that only someone in the Verification - Loss Prevention Department can tell the/us what triggered the cancellation and that it would take 24-48 h and that they would get back to us. This is Thursday and we have been struggling for days to find out why the first order cancelled.
Since they did not tell us not to order until they called us back, we reentered all 90 items. They cancelled that order on Tuesday. We have been on the phone for three days (about 20 h on the phone) and are now up to Corporate Customer Care. They also can't get directly to the Verification - Loss Prevention Department. They are telling us that we will have to enter the 90 items a THIRD time!
