Children's Place / I made an online order and I still haven't received it, The Children's Place lost my order.

I made an online order on July 19th, and then I made a second order on July 21st. I have already received my order from July 21st, but my order from July 19th is missing. I called UPS and they said they don't have the package, the label was created and I should have received the order by July the 25th. They said the order was never picked up at The Childrens Place. I called and spoke with a representative and a Supervisor George and they were not helpful at all. The supervisor even admitted that it was their fault that the package was lost. My order was for school uniforms for my children. I called and the store said somebody would contact me with in 48 business hours and I never received a call and it has been 5 business days. I had to go to the store and buy my kids a couple of uniforms while I waited for this order. The supervisor said they can reship order but it would take an additional 7-10 business days for them to ship. I asked that I would want to go to the store and buy the items at the same online price that I got, but the supervisor said it was not possible. Now I'm with out uniforms and my kids started school on August 1st. Very bad experience and a huge inconvenience for my family and I

    Omgosh, this is the exact same thing that happened to me! I placed an order July 19, 2018 it was supposed to be here the 26th. Never arrived. Then received an email it had been cancelled for not meeting criteria!? I have placed 2 smaller orders, I called to make sure I would get this one and was told it would be here Aug 21!? School starts aug 16, I asked if they would paossible expedite shipping for all the issues and they opened a case, in my opinion to shut me up, only to receive an email shortly saying they couldn’t expedite the shipping and I’d have to wait. So now I have to spend more money and find the clothes to hold us over! I’m super pissed and I’ve been looking for a corporate # or email, I was refunded my money for previous order but not my rewards so I even spent more on the last order!?
