I'm really bummed out about this store. My package went missing in the post and I couldn't get a hold of nobody. I ain't gonna buy from them again.

I was really looking forward to getting my order from Cecil and Lou, but when it didn't show up, I was pretty upset. I tried calling and emailing them, but I didn't get no response. It's frustrating when you can't get in touch with a company when you have a problem.

I understand that things can get lost in the mail, but I wish they would have been more helpful in trying to track down my package. I was really excited about the items I ordered, and now I don't know if I'll ever get them.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Cecil and Lou. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future so that other people don't have to go through what I did.

I reached out to the store to explain the situation, but they were not willing to admit any fault. They insisted that they never make mistakes and that I must have ordered the wrong size. I was disappointed that they were not more understanding and accommodating, especially since I had spent a decent amount of money on the clothes.

Eventually, I was able to get them to agree to a return, but it was not an easy process. I had to pay to ship the clothes back, and there was also a restocking fee. I was frustrated that I had to jump through so many hoops just to get a refund.

Overall, I was not impressed with my experience with Cecil and Lou. While the clothes themselves were cute, the customer service left a lot to be desired. In the future, I will stick to shopping at places like Smocked Auctions, Etsy, and Stichy Fish, where I know that my business is valued and appreciated.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Cecil and Lou. I ordered something from them and it never showed up. I tried to get them to send it again, but they offered me a size that was way too big. I mean, come on, I ordered a 3 month size and they offered me a 24 month size? That's just silly.

Anyway, I ended up emailing them over 15 times trying to get this sorted out. Finally, they gave me a credit, but they wouldn't refund the shipping cost. I mean, seriously? I never even got the item, and they expect me to pay for shipping? That's just not right.

And to top it all off, they didn't even explain what happened. They just kept saying "we are unable to refund the shipping since it did ship". Who is "we" anyway? It's their company, their mistake, and I'm the one who has to pay for it.

They did eventually offer me a credit for a future purchase, but honestly, I don't think I'll be buying from them again. I mean, they could have been apologetic and tried to make things right, but instead they wasted my time and lost a customer over $8. Not a very smart customer service policy if you ask me.

In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's just a shame that things had to end this way. I really wish Cecil and Lou had been more courteous and willing to make things right. But I guess that's just how it goes sometimes.
