[Resolved] CheapFareGuru.com / AirTkt.com / Eros Tours & Travelpurchased air ticket buy airline declined because cheapfareguru collected fare back from airline

I purchased air ticket for two passengers in the amount of $1, 945.92 for the flight schedule for 12/14/2016 from new york to lagos, nigeria. Klm dishonored the ticket issued by cheapfareguru because the money paid was reimbursed to cheapfareguru. All efforts to get cheapfareguru to find alternative flight failed. Several telephone calls to the did not result in getting klm to honor the the tickets because they insisted cheapfareguru had to pay the current fare which at that point was too high because of christmas rush. We had to return home and started calling cheapfareguru the following day. We started looking for another ticket after it appeared cheapfarguru had collected our money without producing valid ticket. To look for alternative ticket became imperative having arranged for the trip to attend a daughter's wedding. We departed on 12/16/2016. Wa came back from the trip but has so far not been able to get reimbursed for the original ticket and the extra expenses to enable us travel. The alternative ticket cost us $4, 630. I am looking for reimbursement of the extra money paid to trave since the original ticket was purchased on 6/20/2016 to avoid the christmas rush that their breach of contract and his honesty made me to pay.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    We are in touch with the supplier-airline and have escalated this to the highest level of investigation. Initial finding shows that their E ticket was processed by the airline correctly, we are waiting for more information.
    We also would like to inform that he offered alternate flights to the passenger when this incident was reported to us before the schedule departure, we also offered upgrade to first class for the same date but the passenger did not respond.
    We have further requested airline to process due credit towards used leg of their ticket.
