I am at Charter College for the second time now getting my AAS. HUGE MISTAKE!!! For one they have made so many mistakes on my financing that I had to take care of most of it myself and also some of their instructors do not give full instructions on assignments.
Also left several message with front desk for help from the financial department and never received a phone call back I had in several time to get it taken care of, told book store would be open until 8 at night and I went by at 7 and the bookstore was closed. I also tried to make a payment for student loans after being told I could drop it off and the front desk refused to take it.
