my moving in was a disaster

Kela showed me my apartment it was not all the way ready. The stove was out of place someone was smoking and left their ciggaret in the toilet, there's water along the floor and wall in room number 2, the first bathroom has a leak under the sink, and the tub is missing the knob. The master bathroom sink is stooped up and full of dirt. Their were roaches on the floor and carpet, there was also a puddle of water behind the stove, Kela assured me it would be resolved. A week later she called me and said it was ready, as I entered the apartment I realized nothing has been resolved. I some with the assistant mgr Katrina, her, the maintenance supervisor, and I walked the apartment it was in the same condition as before, that was on the 11th and they assured me it would be taken care of by the end of the day, never the less it's the 12th I'm in my apartment and of course nothing has been done, out of frustration and aggravation I'm cleaning it myself and move the stove the best way I can. For me to have had my key since the 8th and th problem have not been resolved since the 5th is ridiculous
