I placed an order on January 21, 2009. I e-mailed again about the same order on February 12, 2009. They e-mailed me back and said 'sorry for the delay in your order due to a change in computer platforms. Your order was shipped today and should arrive the first of next week. Thank you for your patience.'

I have never received the order and you cannot reach them by phone - the mail box is full.

These crooks need to be taken off any website.

    I too placed an order on 3/21/09!! The item was charged to my debit, but I have not received anything!! I also wrote an email and called but the number says they are not accepting calls at this time!! This is absurd!! Just give me my $30 sweatshirt or my money back!! I should have researched these ### before I made an indecisive decision on my purchase shame on me. Carlos

    I placed an order for a mug 3/28/09. They took my money and I received nothing. No response to many emails and the phone mailbox is always full. What can I do??? -Betsy

    Agree...I'm waiting for my merchandise too...and now I realize it's not going to come...wish I had seen these complaints sooner.
