I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! I was taken by the cheap prices that they offer, and figured I would order one canvas before taking the chance ordering multiple for my photography business. My canvas arrived tonight after a longer turn around time than promised, but after reading reviews I feel fortunate that I even got it at all! Nowhere on the the website does it tell you that you will be receiving your canvas in pieces and have to assemble it!!! The print was good however there is a smudge on the top right hand corner where it looks like the ink was coming off. I first called the number on their website and no one answers, and you finally get an automated message telling you the inbox is full and then it hangs up on you. I next tried to email them at info@canvasdiscount.com as it instructs on their site... All my emails were returned as "undeliverable"! Soooo after exhausting all my options I found this site and saw the reviews along with the recommendation to email this george guy and so far the email has not been returned (fingers crossed) and I am hoping for a response. I was also charged more than I was informed initially and again, after reading reviews I gather that it was for some sort of international billing charges which was not advertised on their website or I was informed about during the order process. I am headed to my bank tomorrow to request that the funds be reversed, but sadly I used a debit and think that I am out of luck where that is concerned. Any company that has this many issues needs to be avoided. Stay away!!! This place is a scam!

    Agree. Do not order from this company. The quality of both print and frame are not professional let alone 'gallery' quality as they proclaim. First of all, the print and frame arrive in pieces. This company sends parts for you to assemble and stretch your own canvas. The frame is composed of as cheap a wood as possible with knots and splintered pieces. My frame pieces are broken making my complete order useless. I have emailed them at least once per day for several weeks - no response. I left a voice mail message on their machine several times - no response. All of the companies featured on the bottom of CanvasDiscount.com's web page "As Seen On" should have their names removed.

    When I first ordered from this site, I was unaware that you had to stretch the canvas yourself, but after looking up reviews I found that out. I wasn't too concerned given the canvases were only $9 but I was a little worried when I read that people thought they were poor quality, didn't receive them, etc. I am happy to report that I received great quality canvases, all the parts, and it only took a week after I ordered them to receive them. I would definitely order from here again and although I think I got more quality than what I paid for, I'd caution others to realize that with cheap canvases you may not get the quality you want. You get what you pay for! BUT like I said, with my professional photo, I received great canvases that were high quality.

    The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with!! After they sent me my original order of a black and white image, which somehow ended up in a brown tone, I had to have a reprint done, but once again the reprint was done wrong. Finally it was black and white like the original image was, but it then did not stretch to cover the stretcher bars that were provided for me. Once again, I called and spoke to someone about the issue that I was having and she told me that I could return the print and emailed me a shipping label. After shipping it back to them, I did not get a refund. After three weeks of patiently waiting, I called them to see what was going on with the refund and the man that I spoke with was not only completely unprofessional, but he told me there was nothing that he could do for me over and over. He claimed that they did not have the canvas that I sent back to them, that they never received it, and that they did not have a record of them sending me an email with a shipping label. I spent over ten minutes with him on the phone asking him why I had to pay for a mistake that I had not made and all he responded with was "I'm sorry ma'am, there is nothing that I can do." He basically tried to blame me and act like I was making all of this up and did absolutely nothing. There was no customer service, no compassion, nothing. Do not trust these people with your money! They will rip you off and leave you empty handed. I am now out $63 and do not even have a product anymore to show for it.

    I have no idea what people are talking about that they have to put their canvas together. That is a lie! Canvases come already stretched on the wood frame and you get to choose how you want the sides to look (mirror, stretched, folded corners, white, or black). Unless you're reviewing the wrong company, there are no international charges either since CanvasDiscount.com is in the United States. AND they have a low price guarantee so if you find the exact same thing some place else for less, they'll give you a 10% off voucher. I'm assuming they lower their price to the competitor's as well, but don't know that part for sure, it's just what is normally done with a low price guarantee. So I'm sorry if you got your canvases in pieces or if there were additional charges, but that must only be for overseas shipments or something.

    Not sure what to expect. I placed an order, never got an email response. Called only to be disconnected. Thankfully it was only one canvas and not a ton of money; just concerned about the credit card charge(s).

    I placed an order recently for a picture blow up and was truly TOTALLY satisfied. The only thing is during the ordering process I was promised 3 canvas prints for family and friend but I received nothing of that yet, and wonder WHEN I will get it.

    I placed an order before reading the reviews, and after reviewing what people had to say, I became very nervous about the large order I had placed. I thought about canceling my order, but decided to just wait and see what happens. I am so glad I did. It only took four days for them to arrive on my doorstep and they look amazing ! I cannot wait to get them on my wall. Obviously the have been positive changes made since all these negative reviews were posted, and I will definitely be ordering again.

    I ordered a 16x20in aluminum print from this company. I got the print weeks later. Yesterday it was delivered and I was very disappointed. The corner is bent on one end, there is a laminate that lifted and bubbled all over the place and the color is poor and reddish. No one answers the number they provide. I am never going to reorder from this company, that is for sure. The entire image is cut so crooked it will not even fit into a frame and the entire idea was to put it right into a frame and that it would be ready to hang. Boy was I wrong. Turned out awful and poor quality. I guess I lost $70. Sad but true. I should have read these reviews I never would have ordered a thing from this company had I read this page. Lesson learned.

    Ordered a fleece blanket with my dog’s picture on it on December 4. They took the payment out immediately. Today is December 22, and I haven’t received it yet. They do not answer phone calls or emails. This company is a fraud.

    Placed an order, paid through paypal on December 6th. Part of the order arrived but they do not answer emails or the emails are kicked back. Previously, price and quality were okay and I was happy with those orders for the reasonable cost of the canvases. There are fine print houses such as Bay Photo and Nations Photo Lab, but those were about 3 times the price. It might go back to 'you get what you pay for'.

    AWFUL
    We ordered a canvas of the grandkids for my parents for christmas and got a completely different family!
    we have been calling NON stop for 2 weeks with no answered calls we have sent 5 emails!!
    VERY disappointed since I just recently ordered 8 other canvas from them and turned out great everyone and my family has ordered before but this just lost all our business with this company!!
    i've currently been on hold for 15 minutes!

    this is NOT my family!

    I don't know why I'm reading all this negative comments
    I ordered mine when it came in yes the frame was broke but they were more than happy to replace it and instead of me waiting 10 days I got it within 5 days and I love it
    I would definitely order more
