Luckily I noticed the small, white card in the mail that notified me of a "renewal" for a membership I didn't know I had in Buyer's Edge, 250 E Devon Ave, Itasca, IL.
Back in 2011 somehow we got snagged into a membership for $99 each year while making a purchase with Company Kids catalog. Buyers Edge claimed it was something they offered over the phone that I agreed to...this did not happen. The "membership" would have been $149 this year. I can only conclude this is a scam organization that is doing its best to do the minimum amount possible to appear as a legitimate business.
They couldn't (or wouldn't) tell me whether the charges would hit my bank account or CC.
My advice: PAY ATTENTION to your mail and your CC and bank statements!
