Bulborama - Bad service
Far and away the best selection and quality of compact fluorescent bulbs that i have found. I have a propertymanagment company and buy a variety of items for 4 buildings. Bulborama has assisted in energy saving recommendations and reducing my lighting costs by at least 40% the past 3 years. Excellent technical expertise and experienced reps, highly recommended.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

who would buy from a company that sells their bulbs "as is". i believe that is illegal in my state. here is the copy from their web page:

I've been using Bulborama for the past 3 years, get great service, fast shipping and I have 11 pizza restaurants. My friends have bought from them too and we all rave about the products and service. True longlife bulbs and excellent salespeople who really know their stuff.
these guys are the worst. all their bulbs are sold "as is". their customer service is very bad. if you have a problem you are pretty much on your own. if you have the choice i would use either 1000bulbs.com or buylighting.com any day of the week . you will be miles ahead.
