My elderly mother in law got taken in by these guys - her Facebook password didn't work so she googled Facebook's phone number (they don't have one) and up popped this number [protected] for BestPCDoctors - of course she called them. They told her she had been hacked and for a mere $99.99 they could fix everything up. She'd already given them her credit card number by the time she asked me for help. I called them and told them to cancel the charge, that she didn't understand that she had not been hacked and did not need their services, whereupon I was put through to the "billing department." No offense but both of the individuals I talked to spoke with a thick Indian accent although they said the company was in "Minnesota". I Googled them while on the phone and found scam reviews for "The Best PC Doctor" but the fellow told me that was a completely different company. I asked him again to reverse the charge and he started yelling at me and telling me they were going to block her PHONE so she could never use it again. They also sent her a document to sign which my research tells me was a way of getting more money from her. By the time I hung up they had deleted the document. The Visa people seemed not to be too surprised, and kindly reversed the charge and blocked her card. I have also use services for Best Pc doctors and they guys are very helpful. The article link you provide that is P.C. Doctors complaint link. I have search in google Facebook support number and Facebook phone number i did not found and link related Best Pc Doctors and number. When I called Best Pc Doctors they guys clearly told me that we are third party company.They Are very Honest so please do not put this kind of wrong comments about this company or any other company which is very helpful.

Best pc doctors and best pc doctor both are different company. The artical link they provide its P.C Doctor so this one is also not same company. I have also try to search google by facebook phone number i did not see this number. Why i am post this because i used best pc doctors services and they guys are very help full.
