I am retired now but did spend ten years providing customer service. I know it is not always easy. I was a challenge to work with but she handled my questions and never lost her patience. I am 76 years old and my computer skills are lacking. She stuck with me! I appreciate her patience and her kindness!

I'm a new renter with FurnishedFinders and was nervous to navigate KeyCheck. The customer service representative patiently walked me through step by step for over an hour without rushing me or causing me anxiety. I'm so impressed with Furnished Finders and KeyCheck. The representative was an excellent help -- kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable -- able to answer my every question. I'm impressed and thankful! I now look forward to renting to medical professionals and serving them well as a reflection on both of these impressive organizations: KeyCheck and Furnished Finders. If you didn't want the truth, you shouldn't have asked. The experience was horrible! My criminal background was reported with a number of hits from Alaska - I've never been to Alaska! When I questioned KeyCheck, their response was that I'd have to file a dispute with KeyCheck's third party background contractor. I explained that I paid KeyCheck $40, not the third party background contractor. The answer was the same. That I'd have to contact the third party background contractor. Which I did and the erroneous information was removed.In short, KeyCheck is a worthless racket. They get $40 for basically doing nothing.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Absolutely terrible at what they do. I have kept from renting any room/apartment because they have put someone elses criminal record on my background check. When I asked them to sort it the told me to open a dispute. They created a file and will investigate and the matter should be resolved in 1to 30 days. Which is fantastic because I need to rent now. The criminals case who these clowns have attached to my background check has a different middle name. When I explained they said they dont look at middle names. When I told them he certainly has a different social security number than - I was told they dont use a social. So I asked if any person with the same name as me they slap their criminal record onto my background check - the woman on the other end just sat in silence. Pathetic service, pathetic customer service and its been over a week and the matter still hasnt been resolved. This service is a joke.

Keycheck, a subsidiary of Pioneer Properties, is the agency that collected $39.99 for a credit check in my pursuit of a short term lease early July. They provided incorrect information and as a result I did not get the lease. They got the information from Transunion Sharable for Rentals who has already corrected one of the two erroneous information, but they said I must contact Keycheck for a refund. I spoke to John Doe, a customer representative, who said Keycheck could not provide a refund. I will not pay for a report, which has slanderous information about me.
