Back In The Saddle / gift card not received

Ordered a gift card. Had not received it 3 weeks later. Called customer service who told me they had no way of telling me when or even if the card had been sent because they drop ship and don't track. Just kept saying they take a long time & I should get it soon. Needed it by a certain date so requested a supervisor (on hold 25 minutes to get to one). She gave me the same story. Finally said she would have to have someone check to see if card had been used before we could do anything else. Was supposed to call me back, but never did. Made a third call- same story. Person who is supposed to handle that is always either on break or at lunch (at 9:30 a.m. ???) Requested a refund. Rep said he couldn't do it, would have to give it to the person who handles that, and guess what--- she's at lunch. Still waiting for a confirmation that they are cancelling the order & refunding my money! Stay clear of this company!
